John Roberts Powers false assertions, to contract for big money Seattle Washington

I have contacted Robert Keeling [robert@jrpseattle.com], to advise him of how JRP, had baited us to sign a contract with them for our daughter under false pretense, and are requesting a refund for the difference between the one year contract and the three year contract.

This nightmare all started when my daughter was volunteering at the haunted woods, at the Maris Farm in Buckley Washington. We received a phone call from JRP and were told that our daughter had been identified by casting representatives from the Bratz movie, and they wanted her to audition for a part. Not being involved in this industry, we were easily misled, when we showed up it was just a cattle call. They were only interested in identifying people that looked as if they could afford signing on with them.

We were told numerous false claims, on the journey to signing on with them; we were told that if we signed on for the one year contract, out daughter who was 14 at the time would be in classes with the younger children, which is false as the classes are scheduled by age, not the length of contract bought into.

I had sent my email today, I will report back on the status, I am interested in starting a class law suit, for all those that have been mislead and ripped off by JRP. If anyone would like to take up this suit or join in let me know.
