I won a Harley custom wide glide fork on ebay from John's store hiqualityparts on 15 March 2017. I paid $670.00 aus plus $405.00 aus for shipping to Australia. It was $805.00 usd at the time.The fork came with a brake and headlight and John said he would ship the headlight separate so it wouldn't be damaged. On the 21st of March I received a message from John that he had sent the headlight but due to a urgent family matter he was out of town but would ship the fork soon. I received the head light and sent him two messages about when the fork was going to be shipped. Finally on 7 April I received a message from John saying he still was not home because of his personal family matter but was mailing his key to a friend and he would ship the fork as soon as possible. He also said he would issue me a refund. I sent him a message back that I thought it would be in both our best interests if he refunded me. Did not hear back from him so I contacted Ebays resolution center to get refunded. I got a offer of partial refund from John of $785.25,he wanted $25.00 for the headlight he sent. I accepted his offer so I could at least get most of my money back. I will add the headlight he sent was a shell,no lens and was a scratched up piece of crap. He sent Paypal a echeck for the refund but after two trys it was no good. Paypal sent me a email saying I had to try and get my money from john. I contacted him but no reply from john the con artist. This is because john is not a real man but a thief and scum. He had 100% feedback when I bought the fork, 83% after I left bad feedback. Someone else was scammed and left bad feedback and john was kicked off Ebay.
