Everything Lance states in his report is a lie. Slander. Our employees and John himself are experts in the field with over 30 Certifications in the industry. We didn't "destroy" his data or steal his identity. Does he have any proof that we did that? Our office isn't located "between a porn shop and a strip club." It is located just down the street from where he (Lance) does business, and anyone is welcome to come. The address is on the page. We are actually located between a Tax office and a Security company. The comment about one of our employees being caught with some home videos is also a lie. I don't believe Lance has any kids. They didn't have any personal information on their servers. He never came to our office to "confront" us. Everything he said is a lie.

The truth is that we were hired as IT contractors for Lance's company. Lance, since the beginning, was a "different" individual. Robert and Dan Drake, two of his employees, said that he has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and a problem with anger. He gets very angry for trivial reasons. We tried to accommodate all of his needs, but it was impossible. He was verbally abusive to our employees since the beginning. We warned him to treat us with respect. Otherwise we would "fire" him as a customer. He didn't change his behavior, and he kept being verbally and psychologically abusive toward our Techs. We decided to move on and stop providing our service to him. Before we did this we referred him to one of our friends. He is also in the IT field.
Team logic IT is the company we referred him to. You can contact them and ask if, when they took over his network, any of what lance said (about his loss of data) is true (it isn't).

When we stopped providing him with our service he had some outstanding bills. We sent him those bills, but he refused to send payment or return our calls.
We decided to send his account to a collection agency.
We actually sent his girlfriend's company to a collection agency. Because she is technically the owner of the company. You see, Lance can't work doing what he does in the State of Arizona. He was barred from doing so as it is stated in one of those rip off reports.

This morning Lance called our office, and he was really angry. My guess is that he didn't like dealing with the collection agency. He asked for John's number and wouldn't leave a message with the assistant. Since he seemed exalted and angry when he called, our assistant refused to give him John's number. She asked him to leave his number and that someone would call him back. He insulted our assistant an threatened John. Saying that we was going to regret this more than he (Lance) Would. He then proceeded to call John directly (yes, he has John's cell, this just tells you the mental state this person is in), and threatened him again. Minutes after that, this "rip off report" appeared.

As I said, this is slander. We are a reputable company with years of experience and we have references to back our claims. Feel free to contact us and ask for those references.

Why didn't he provide any proof for his claims? Besides for the fact that some of his claims seem ludicrous, the reason is because he doesn't have them.
