Johnny Londoff Derek Jayne Didn; St. Louis Missouri

 I went in to Johnny Londoff on 02/03/2015 to get an oil change,tire rotation and a Inspection. I also had two recalls they told me they would do also.   I got in at 10:45 am got out at 3:30 pm  .

On my way home I noticed the air I had put in my tires were all still the same as it was when I took it in. I have a slow leakage on my passenger side which I had to put air in before I got there was still on 35 .. Driver side  still 41, ..back r right ,40 .. r left 38 .

This is how I knew they didn't rotation my tires because everything was still the same. If they had rotated my tires the slow leakage would have been on the other side or in back. but they tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about.  They took it back in and put all the tires on 35  . Now if they had did their job in the begin I never would have known they didn't rotate the tires and they still didn't rotate them because this time I marked the front two.

I was charged for a rotation and never got them rotationed. Who knows what all they be beating you out of.
