I contracted Jonathan Ibanez and web code llc to make an android and Ios app along with a coresponding website, I paid him to get started he then strung me along for months, sent me some images and then took my money for additional features. He later asked for more money for specific items like registering for the Apple store and the Google play store and paying Amazon for cloud storage.

It took forever, 2 years  When I asked him to stop refund my money and return my android and Ios source code he did not provide it nor the image codes of my logo or icons. He ignored my calls, texts and e mails and if he did answer it was to tell me he had a family tragedy and was now ready to finish the job, he never did!

He never gave me any of the passwords of the accounts he opened in my name at Apple, Amazon or google. So I would have to pay someone for these items all over again. He took advantage of my lack of tech experience (I'm 66) never did the job, kept my money and did't sent me the services I paid for, he is a con man don't let him do this to you avoid him and his company at all costs!!  I am working with the Jupiter police dept. to hopefully have him arrested and prosecuted!!
