Jonathan Khorsandi, formerly of Collective Wealth Properties, has started a new website calle www.getprobateleads.com. DO NOT TRUST this man. During his involvement with Collective Wealth Properties, Jonathan helped forged documents, illegally sold properties he had no right to sell and kept the proceeds for himself and his partners, Terry Taylor and Philip Kim. He knows very little about real estate in general, and is a very manipulative person.

I have nothing to hide.  I know who wrote this slander about me and why he hides behind "backatcha".  I do not sling dirt.  My mom and other partners are suing this individual for fraud involving real estate...essentially all the things he's accusing me of.

as for my other business www.getprobateleads.com, you're welcome to visit the site.

Although lawsuits are public knowledge, I chose not to reference the ongoing lawsuit that has been filed against him.

If you want to do business with me and this becomes a stumbling block for our ongoing business, I am happy to show you copies of the suits etc.

As for this individual I pray he finds peace in his soul and may god have mercy on him.
