Joseph Koch Made empty promises to find a location for my machine Lake Oswego Oregon

Joe Koch is a scam artist. I bought a machine from him with the promise that he would find a location for me to put my machine. First he said he had about four different possible locations. Then it became one location. But that location had a machine already and so we had to wait to see when we could get in there.

Well then Coke had a contract until the end of August. It is now almost the second week of September and I still have no location for the machine. So in the meanwhile I had gone out an bought supplies thinking I would be making money.

Four weeks later I still have no location. The story changes everytime I talk to Joe. Furthermore he advertised on craiglist for a machine for $975 and then charges a lot more.

This guy is a scammer. Don't trust him or even get involved. I am trying to get my money back but I am sure he wil have a bunch of excuses for not being able to get my money back to  me.
