Aproximately a year ago I went to a local dentist here in Boise, Id. who was promoting a six month interest free for dental services through Care Cridit. I was anticipating going through several treatments, unfortunately, I did not like the dentist and so... I ended up with a $72.00 dental bill. In short, I ended up paying $112.00 which was well above the initial incurred bill. After having paid the $112.00 payment, I kept receiving bills from GE Money Bank for alleged late fees as well as interest fees which where not supposed to have happened. I felt that Care Credit and GE Money Bank were clearly trying to defraud me as a customer. Needless to say, I refused to pay anything over and above the $112.00 I had already paid. I certainly had no intentions of condoning their fraudulent acts and so to this date I have continued to refuse payment. As a result, GE Money Bank continued to pad the account with late fees as well as interest fees. Currently, the initial dental bill of only $72.00 has now escalated to $465.80 and GE Money Bank has now hired an attorney by the name of G. Reynolds Sims to come after me, the consumer, to collect the alleged $465.80 late and interest fees on behalf of GE Money Bank and CACH, LLC. Just how a small dental bill of $72.00 ended up inflating itselt to the tune of $465.80 is beyond me!! Today, I wrote a letter to the above mentioned attorney indicating that I certainly do not have any intention whatsoever to pay such fraudulent bill.  I also mentioned that I have every intention of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or other reporting agency to complain about Care Credit and GE Money Bank's acts of consumer fraud. This is totally insane and I am very upset that these creditors can get away with the many fraudulent acts they are commiting!! I look forward to any help you can provide as I do not intent to pay any part of this $465.80 bill!! Thank You!

071511-Today at approximately 9:00 A.M. I received a call from GE Money Bank agreeing to waive the entire $465.80. I am glad to see that this is now all behind me. Let this be a lesson not to let anyone take advange of you. Stand your grounds and be heard. I am glad to see that GE Money Bank agreed to redeem themselves by waiving all late and interest fees.

Did you pay the full balance owed before the six months was up? Do you understand the definition of accrued interest?
