Josh's Used Tires damaged my vehicle while installing used tires Cedar Park, Texas

I went to Josh's Used Tires in August 2012 because I needed new tires to pass inspection and thought it would be cheaper. I bought 3 used tires (I had one new tire already). They put the tires on and as soon as we left the Jeep felt weird, as we drove home I noticed that the right front tire seemed like it was wobbly.

We went back the next morning, I thought it might be a bubble in the tire since it was used. They replaced the tire and the guy told me "I went ahead and balanced it for you, it was way off-balance" UM, I paid $50 just to have the tires mounted & balanced by these guys the day before! They replaced the tire & when I left the problem wasn't fixed. :( My Jeep was in perfect condition before I took it to these guys!! Now every single time I drive I feel the wobbly tire and am constantly reminded of what a bad decision it was to buy used tires. I'd really love to support local business owners but I've learned my lesson about trusting them with something as important as my vehicle, next time I will go to a big corporate business that is more accountable.

I think they either lie about being able to balance the tires and charged me for it anyway, OR THEY DAMAGED MY VEHICLE. Needless to say I didn't take it back a 3rd time and now I've got to take it to the shop to figure out why my tire feels like it's wobbling all over the place when I drive...hopefully it doesn't cost a ton or fall off before I get the money to have it looked at!

UPDATE: yesterday I had a flat tire. (Nov. 17, 2012) My husband and I jacked the Jeep up to remove the flat and put on my spare. THEY OVERTIGHTENED THE LUG NUTS!! I know they used an air-ratchet because I could hear it when they put on the used tires. That means they REALLY didn't know what they were doing because you manually set the torque on the ratchet. 

They over-torqued them so much that two of them broke off and another one was damaged trying to get the tire off. My husband had to STAND on the tire iron to get the bolts to budge. This all happened while I was trying to leave for work (needless to say I didn't make it to work). I had to drive into Cedar Park with only 3 bolts holding my tire on and paid about $100 to have the bolts and lugs replaced. I am afraid that if this had happened on the side of the road while I was by myself there's not way I would have been able to put on the new tire, and considering they replaced 3 of my 4 tires I'm afraid that the next time I get a flat the same thing is going to happen! For all the money they've cost me I could have bought brand new tires! I'll never go to another used tire place EVER no matter how bad I need tires or how much money I think I'm going to be saving. Save yourself the heartache of having them ruin your vehicle - take it to a good shop where they have a better warranty, better customer service, and better trained employees.
