 JP and associates contacted me through a separate company. The first phone call was giving me a phone number to call that someone was filing a civil suit against me. I called the number which was 1-855-260-4631, JP and associates. Which offered to settle out of court for a set amount which I declined and they said I would be served with a summons indicating when where to be in court. I called back a second time in which I talked to a Kevin Barnes in which he wouldn't give me any information regarding the case. And let me know that they DID NOT lose in court. I called back a third time after finding out just what they are, and let the Kevin Barnes know that I was on to them and if they ever called again I'd Sue them for harassment. He was as nice as can be the third time in which he said they hadn't called me, I called them which is true, they get you to call them by using the first company to call you first. That number was 910-900-0010.. Which if called back is disconnected ..
