On November 7, 2003 a charge of $96 (59) appeared on my credit card account from a company I've never heard of. My credit card activity report listed them as "JP MEDIA LTD. 888-548-1032 GBR"

My credit card company said the information transmitted to them was that JP Media Ltd. was a pharmacy in Great Britain. I called the 888 number and a man said the $96 charge was for a subscription to a discount web shopping club known as cybershop1.com. He said to go to the web site and get the phone number to call them. I did and got an answering machine.

I am suprised that other people have reported rip-off from these same company. I am disputing their charge through my credit card company.
