CUSTOMER...BEWARE!!  WHAT A JOKE this company is!!! I'd like to second every negative review that has been posted so far.  The only good review was probably written by the owner or family member.  That's the kind of person you will be dealing with.  I also dealt with Ron, the owner, and I've never been so mistreated in my life!!  He is so unprofessional and rude.  He's so frustrating to talk to.  If he doesn't hear what works for him, he cuts you off and it's his way or no way.  I contacted this company because my daughters netbook was water damaged.

I had to pay $100 for him to even "open it up" and see if it could be fixed.  I was told I would receive a call within 48 hours with an answer.  48 hours came and went so I contacted Ron who stated he had a funeral to attend and would get back to me on Saturday. I waited until 4:30 on Saturday and never received a call.  I once again contacted him and he said he was checking on parts and he would call me on Tuesday.  I waited until about 5 on Tuesday and I once again contacted him. 

He said that the mother board and processer were shot and it couldn't be fixed (what happened to getting parts??).  So I asked if I could come and get it and he told me I could come on Saturday. His office hours are posted 10am until 6pm Monday through Friday but he was only available for me to pick it up on Saturday.  When I questioned this, he got very rude, told me he would call me when I could come get it and hung up on me.  I waited 2 days and still no call!! 

Not ONCE did he call me about anything! I'd still be waiting to receive his call.  Finally I picked it up on Friday afternoon and it was in pieces!!  I asked why it wasn't put back together and I should get it back the way I gave it to him.  He said he never puts the computers that don't work back together and I could sell the working parts on ebay. Needless to say I was once again blown away at the way this guys does business.  Please take this as a warning...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!  You WILL regret it!!!
