JSK Computer Services, Jeffery Kodba Sold pallet of LCD Monistors advertized as "70% working". Actaully 100% dead. Would not give refund. Offerd to buy them back at 1/2 price. Erie Pennsylvania

Purchased lot of mixed lcd monitors for $3,500. I called and talked to them before the sale and they told me that they were in excellent shape and that although there might be a few dead ones 75% of them were working.
I wired them the money and 3 weeks later a truck dropped off a box of monitors that was in horrible condition. Every single one had an RMA sticker and had been returned because they did not work. Many of them had broken screens.
The truck driver wanted us to sign something saying that they were packe poorly and they were not responsible for the obvious damage.

I immediately called JSK and they said it wasn't there problem. Told me I should file a claim with the shipping company and get all my money back that way.. he said We do it all the time! I told him that was dishonest and that I wanted a refund. He finally agreed to buy them back at price but never sent me the money. I took pictures of everything and then threw them all away.
