We are The Shoe Company Import Export, in El Salvador a country in Central America, with more than 10 years doing bussiness around the world, we found JSK web site trough and investigation of a new bussiness on electronics devices to be import to El Salvador, our country has a CAFTA arrangent with the United States so we understand that bussiness can be done and we can have help on a situation that we explain here: we started a negotiation con JSK Computer Services in Erie, PA, a company that seems to be trustfull, we placed an order of $10,175, of Apple Ipods, LCD and plasmas TVs, Computer monitors, portatil DVDs, WIIs and PSPs, the order was place on Sep 7th 2007 and the same date we placed payment as he asked on a wiretransfer to Americo Federal Credit Union for the amount described above, we select and international freightforward company Interport Service doing all customs papers and all documents and taxes this kind of transportation needs, our surprise and frustation was here in our country when we went to customs to pick up our merchadise and we found JUNK!!! a big TV, cloth, woman purses, used microwaves, used vacumm cleaners, used home stereo and a DVD, light bulbs, and other used stuff that was again JUNK!!!!! inmediatly we call Jeffrey Kodba JSKs owner trying to understand what was the merchandise we received, as we explain to him we argue that the freight forward company might change the merchandisining and SURPRISE!! the country manager of the freight forward in El Salvador was there and we asked him to talked to him by phone, he explained and remaind Kodba that, that was the merchdisng picked up in his warehouse and told that now he undestand why he denaid to give ALL apropiete documentation for us to import the merchandisng to our country, what we received of course is priceless!!!!! we ask for all new or old customers NOT to buy JSK, he lie and he does not respect all internation bussiness that US Government signed for a nation that respect, trust , honor and other values are in danger for people like this, we argue for our honesty, our bussiness and ALL our trust in a company from a country that we ever never things like this can happen, we are hardly working trying to get all our money back.

I investigated the claims regarding JSKComputerServices and noted the following disclaimer on the web site that appear to be clear and non deceptive. I quote their terms and conditions:

Jskcomputers usually carries special prices on liquidations, customer returns, surplus and display Models from Retail Chains. Jskcomputers loads are usually
high in working but does not offer any type of guarantee on yields of merchandise since loads are ever changing and not tested. Jskcomputers does not
accept any type of returns unless stated on invoice. Merchandise is sold in untested Condition Unless otherwise stated on invoice.
Jskcomputers shall incur no liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of hardware sold. It is the buyer's responsibility to back up
data prior to submitting for repair or replacement. Jskcomputers shall have no liability to buyer for any data loss incurred by buyer as a result of service,
replacement or failure of equipment sold or in our possession.
Jskcomputer MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Our merchandise (customer Returns,Surplus and Display
Models)in RARE cases may be damaged, defective or broken.
Buyer may not return any of our Products for refund, exchange or otherwise. Merchandise is SOLD in AS IS untested condition unless stated on invoice."
While I am neither condemning or agreeing with the vendor, I feel that potential customers should read the terms and conditions and abide by them prior to stating that they are the victims of fraud.

There was a misunderstanding in the previus posts.Our company had been shipped the wrong pallets because of a shipping erroe.The original pallets have been lost, and JSKCOMPUTERSERVICES is in process of shipping out to us a new order of merchandise.
Jskcomputers is no way a con artist and is in the fact a good company.
We have a one more trust oportunity a Jeffery Kodba, and we are waiting for a new merchandise, they promise deliver next week, when the company have a all merchandise in good condition en El Salvador, we write a report for a good reputation for JskComputer,and the owner
Jeffery Kodba.We hope all have a good finish.
