Judge Bruce A. MacTavish Jackson County Court Jackson County Judge Brownstown, Indiana

Stay away from this judge if at all possible.  Request a different one.  He sides with women.  A year ago he changed the life of my kids and me and my life has been hell ever since.  I have been following his career since and he continues to do this to other men.  Research and ask others and you will see.  He favors the woman in most cases.  He seems sorry for them and makes the men out to be the bad guys.  Newsflash for him, we aren't.  There are some dead beat dads out there but not all of us.  There is a new type of women who want to take and take and blame it on the men.  He first sided with my wife without even trying to hear my side.  I am paying more than I can afford working three jobs to afford my own place.  My wife has full custody of my three children but she shouldn't.  She is a deadbeat mom and my kids have suffered from it.  I see my kids as much as she will let me but I feel like I'm at her mercy.  I can't afford to go back and change anything and go through the process it takes to get things changed especially the way things went the first time.  This man thinks a divorce means you have no life after it.  Give her everything and the kids on top.  Don't let this  happen to you.  Request a different judge.  I'm writing on here because i came across this sight.  I'm going to tell others to post here.  My hands are tied and I don't know what else to do but don't want other men to suffer like I have or like my kids have.  It is sad for them but I can't do anything more.
