It's been many years for my case and my children are now 17, 18 this month, 21.  I hate to say it, but I (we, my children and I) lost completely.  I even wrote to the Attorney General.  If you all write them as well, maybe SOMETHING could get done.  My case got shot down every time.   

My children would cry when I talked to them.

One woman they were forced to call mom, died in the bed, no one knew for a while.Just as I was getting sick the more I staed in the 'chicken coop' they call a home.  The place never even passed a Purk Test.

The next woman in the home, my children told me was alcoholic and was/is vulger to them and abusive.   She tells me I have no children at the residence and refuses to allow me to talk to my children.  The children told me they get 'farmed out' instead of being home.  The two youngest received go carts, while my son received a cap one holiday.

Go figure, the corruption is rampant with this judge and James D. Carmella.

I wish you all luck, you need it with the two.

 Everything that was said including Hanna and Carmella is going on in our family. Please let me know if you have been able to stop it and make it right. I even contacted Jugde Martin and he did nothing but forward my letter to Judge Hanna. Someone needs to stop this person from destroying families and not even hearing the entire story. Little babies and families are being tore apart. Please help us.

 I too, wish I could contact you Crystal. I have appeared before Judge hanna multiple times on my custody case. She refuses to ever hear my side of the story. She has been given proof that my ex husbands girlfriend has physically, emotionally and verbally abused my children, however, she still allows him to keep custody. I had so much info for her at my hearing it was unbelievable, the case should have been opened and closed with me coming home with my children, But, she "Didn't have the time" to look at it. How can this woman say that she has 'Family Values' when she allows this to continue? I have been begging for a very long time to have him held in contempt for not abiding by the court order 'She' issued. But nothing is ever followed though. This system has not only failed me..never mind me...The sytem has failed my innocent children, that have no way out. Now they are scared to say they want to come home with me, because if they do, they don't know what is going to happen to them when they get back to 'their' house. As for your comment with Laurel Legal, I had an attorney from Indiana tell me, "John Kopay has done alot of people wrong, period". If I can be of any help to anyone about ending the corruption, please, please contact me. I would love to see an end to this and the kids 'really' be first. Oh and I throw Children and Youth Services in there with them too. They are just as bad about 'not' having the kids best interest at heart, I could go on and on.

Boy, I wish I could get in touch with you!  I, too, have issues with Judge Hanna.  And, I know of several others, as well.  She certainly does practice unfairly and violates canons of the Judiciary system, such as showing partiality to one side, not allowing testimony to be given, not allowing evidenitary hearings, enforcing harsh retrictions unjustly!

She needs to be removed from the bench for gross misconduct for sure!
