I am the author of the above report. At the time I wrote this report I believed I knew Charles McGee well enough to make the statements I did. I was wrong. Charles McGee is at best a typical father hating family court judge who destroys men and their children daily, and gets paid for it. At worst, well, knowing this person as I do the at worst comments will remain undisclosed, but suffice it to say I apologize for my comments and have come to realize that yes, the injustice you and your son have sufferered are no doubt accurate. I will say that this is just how family courts operate in this country, you would have fared no better had another judge been presiding. I once thought that Charles McGee presided over fair family court proceedings. I know better now, he is merely one of the many that give the "better parent" (code for woman) anything it wants, no matter how absurd, and destory the dead beat parent (code for father), no matter how good a man and father that "dead beat" may be. I am sorry this happened to your son, and I am sorry someone who purports to help others and better his community is at best nothing more than an extension of an evil and corrupt family court system.

Face it, anywhere else but Reno, Washoe County and Nevada, you'd be a criminal.  That's why criminals LOVE

Wall Street had DOWNgraded Reno REPEATEDLY to Junk Status.  These shocking behaviors by Reno businesses and

Nevada public employees give a further black-eye to Reno, Washoe County and Nevada which Reno

is now a  A Blighted Ghost-town and Nevada a blighted State.  This business has been notorious for years for their

shoddy business and neighbor practices.

Howdy Jim,  a recall in Nevada? Most Nevadans can't even spell recall let along know what one is and mount one, let alone a successful one.   Nevada is number ONE in the following areas:

Illiteracy, school drop-outs, suicide, mortgage fraud, foreclosure fraud, securities fraud, taxes, government fees, way over the national average paid judges, over over the national average paid City of Reno employees, way over the average paid Washoe County School Superintendent, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, corruption (public and private), sexism, racism, incest, pollution, smokers (Nevadans really stink), dental disease (Nevadans really stink), drunk driving, arson, negligence, recklessness, theft, police abuse, horse slaughter for food, need I say more?

Nevada is LAST in the following areas:

Quality of life, esthetics, morals, ethics, home values, oversight, compliance, environment protection, public services, honesty, fairness, cleanliness, equity, adherence to laws, need I say more?

The mother mentioned in this report was arrested on April 8, 2008.  She pleaded guilty to two counts of Gross Misdemeanor Child Neglect and was sentenced to probation.  In August, 2011, this mother was dishonorably discharged from probation in Washoe County District Court, Reno, Nevada.

On December 28, 2011, this mother again was arrested for Child Endangerment/Neglect/Abuse.

She goes to court on February 22, 2012 at 2 p.m. in Sparks Justice Court.    We aren't sure what will happen. 

We still are concerned for the welfare and safety of our two grandchildren.

Reno and Nevada already have a bad reputation in the national media; a talk with home insurers confirms people and businesses are fleeing Reno and Nevada.  These shocking behaviors by Reno businesses and Nevada public employees give a further black-eye to Reno and Nevada which are increasingly becoming and known as A Blighted Ghost-town and State.  Drunk-on-the-Bench Judge Charles McGee and Reno office of Social Security employees have been notorious for years for their laziness, incompetence, corrpurtion, extortion, blackmail, civil rights violations, abuses, perjury, false documents, and sewer service yet have never been held acountable for their illegal and unethical behaviors due to corruption - they pay bribes to each other and other public employees.

I'm not sure how comments like these can be presented as legitimate, as they most certainly are not. I would expect something like this from a silly blog, but if this website wants to be taken seriously it needs to do a much better job of requiring evidence before allowing a good man's name to be slandered like this.
I know the Honorable Judge McGee personally and have my entire life. I am saddened that I only came across this today, as I would have responded much earlier. The diatribe presented here does not give a full accounting of the situation. I know this not because I have any first hand knowledge of this case, but because I know a case as difficult as this one clearly was would involve a lot more information than this. Everyone that knows Judge McGee personally would never have anything but the very best things to say about him, he is very literally one of those people who walk into a room and make everyone in it feel at ease with his presence. He is someone who despite no need to do so continued to seek election to the family court bench in Washoe County-a court system he in fact helped to create-only to help those he could by doing so. This man is beyond reproach, and the only people who would find fault with him or his decisions are those who are at fault themselves and know only how to blame others for their-and their son's-problems.
I do not mean to make light of how difficult this situation must have been for this family, but if this mother was half as bad as this article claims, the father would have been given custody, so before we blame Judge McGee, why don't you tell the whole story and then give your son the help he clearly needs if he is someone who would be involved with a woman like this?

Do you guys have recall capabilities there in Nevada? I.E., you get x number of signatures and force a recall vote on that judge?

Sounds like he'd get booted pretty fast.
