The tuition is supposed to cover online training, as well as mentoring. The "founder" states she will "personally" mentor you. The courses provided are graduated, each costing more. They "invite" you to help them "audit" future programs at a "discounted rate" but, after paying the discounted rate, the programs are not available. The excuses vary as to why they are not available at this time.

Judgments2Go is a ploy to extract more money from you by "offering" judgments that have been researched and "all you have to do is contract the debtor and arrange a 'settlement' less than the judgment" at a price of $50." per judgment. After "purchasing" five of these "ready made judgments" I never received them. Again, many excuses, ie "The files were corrupt and brought down the entire computer system." "I sent them to you. You should have gotten them." "I'll check to see what happened." etc.

I had set up a website and purchased a list of judgments through an affiliate link on their webpage. I had received over 10 judgments to follow up on. When I contacted my "mentor" she left me hanging. I didn't know what to do. I ended up locating another judgment enforcement firm and signed them all over to them, as I didn't want to leave the creditors holding the bag.

I contacted JRI through many e-mails regarding getting a refund of my money, as I haven't received anything from them. I was told by Ms. Alluis that the accounting department was only available twice a week. She will contact them. In the mean time I had to fill out a form to submit a request for the refund. Needless to say, I have not received anything from them.

I feel that they are bordering on "fraudulent practices" and running a "scam." I also learned that she was previously married to Al Schweitzer of "Court Cash" program, which is also a scam. I will report on next.
