I Ordered chanel perfume . On October from rakuten , which was also bought from judys fashion find . she was a seller there . She never mailed me my perfume . she even posted that it was sent . and it was a fake trackign number . she then kept telling me its on it way it s a lie its april 2 and still nothing . on her reviews they al ssaid all her stuff were fake . BEWARE JUDYS FASHION FIND , JUDY'S FASHION FIND , RAKUTEN .. On top of all that Rakuten said its none of their business . BEWARE WHERE YOU BUY

But if you filed a complaint, your money would have been returned by Rakuten.
Second- did you ever send the perfume back? That'a NO!

First of all, she is not an old lady
She is recovering from heart surgery
second- Rakuten does protect their customers by giving them a refund
Have some courage and get in touch with her,
She will send you what you ordered. It's very easy to give an anonymous compliant- but its cowardice,
She will make it right if you tell her the detials
