jukin media They made money of my video and they dont want to pay the 70% we agree on Los Angeles California

I created a video and posted on youtube call "3D printed pass the butter robot from rick and morty" jukinmedia saw the video and send me an email and they told me they want to license the video and they would give me 70% of the earnings. The video got 1.4 million views and after 2 months jukinmedia told me from that I get  $31.19,  jukinmedia doesn't want to disclose how much youtube is paying them from my video. Also two other companies license the video from jukinmedia "weather.com" and "nowthis". I emailed jukinmedia asking about how much they made from that deal, jukinmedia doesn't want to disclose that and they seem they don't want to pay for it either, jukinmedia told me they don't have record of that licensing deal, so I told jukinmedia I have emails from those companies that they had license the video from them. In the next email jukinmedia told me to wait to the end of the month, I told jukinmedia weather.com and nowthis had license the video 2 months ago, so in the next email jukinmedia told me to wait 90 days, jukinmedia answer email very slowly and when you call, their management is always out for the day and they say would get back to me, but I called 3 times in 3 weeks not a single phone call was return.
