Julian Gumpel - Patent And Trademark Institute Of America Took $6500.00 ..false information ..I filed complaint with FTC ..FTC flew me to D.C. to testify in Federal Court, the case was successful, but no money returned. Would like to be a part of class action suite for my money back.. Roslyn Heights New York

Patent and Trademark Institute of America scammed me. They took $6500.00 gave me fraudulent information and never delivered. I filed a complaint with FTC, Good Morning America contacted me, FTC called me as a consumer witness to testify in Federal Court. Case was successful. Mr. Gumpel's money was seized and his 30 someodd business's closed in Jan. 2007. I would like my money back and I am interested in a class action lawsuit.
