DON'T EVER RENT FROM HERE! DON'T EVER RENT FROM HERE! You've been warned twice! I read the reviews and it seemed that most people were upset about the arrival time. So I figured I would fix all that by renting at 9:30am when the party started at Noon. I WAS SO WRONG! WHAT A JOKE! I called twice before these thugs show up to my house. The first call completely blew off when they were already 1 1/2 hours late. The second call I spoke to Jeanie, who was actually very polite and they got that going for them! She get's 4 stars for being cool. Anyway, she put me on hold and came back to offer me the 2 1/2 hours I missed on top of the 8 hour rental. That would've put my rental into the 10:30pm range. Maybe if this wasn't a 4 year olds party but an adult party...sure, I'm down for that. So I asked if there was anything else she could offer. She told me that they would give me a $40.00 credit and to call on Monday and speak to Caesar because the card was already charged. So now I have this set up, party goes on, kids have a blast but this thing is far from newer as they claim on the recording when you call. This story gets better! So these guys end up coming to pick up the Jumpy at 7pm which is only 7 hours...what happened to the 8 hours that I paid for?

So I call on Monday to speak with Caesar. Caesar obviously has had to talk to people just like me all day, everyday! His tone is like the person you deal with at the DMV...over it! So I explained what happened and all the details and he tells me "I'm Not Going To Credit You $40.00" WTF!!!! The only thing this guy wants to offer me is another late a*s rental for 15% off. HAHAHAH! Really? So I know this is going nowhere and I hang up.

To make a long story short, I filed a claim with the BBB and they already have 4 complaints in from the middle of July until mine today. All in which the business never responded to the claim. Next step was to call my credit card company which because they do know customer service, they refunded my $40.00 and they will continue to process the complain with Jump For Lame.

Now, my final attempt to feeling better about myself and the BS I put up with is to turn away you fine people from renting from this SH#T Company! My goal is to take more money away from you than you ever got from me! PLEASE BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THAT...every negative comment on here is absolutely true and so is mine! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You've been warned for the 3rd time!
