I purchased a 2005 Dodge Durango from Junco Motors. I was referred by my Insurance company Progressive.  I purchased the car on September 11th, 2009. By the 16th of September I already had to put out $263.00 for a new key from the Dodge Dealer, because my key stopped working.

On September 28th my car stalled and started back up.  But when I turned if off at my 6 yr. olds school dropping him off it would not start up.  I had gotten a jump and filled the water in the battery and it ran fine for a day and a half.  Upon dropping my son off again on Wednesday, September 30th. The same thing happened, I purchased a new batter for $100.00 dollars and it didnt fix the problem. 

I called Alfonso at Junco Motors, who advised I would have to drive vehicle to El Monte in order to have it fixed. In addition, I would pay 50% and Junco would pay 50%. The towing alone would have cost me hundreds of dollars.  Alfonso did not offer any further assistance in solving the issue.  I advised him I would see him in court.

Took my vehicle to a local repair shop, found out its the fuel pump and it will cost $500.00 to fix. Up to today I have put $4363.00 into a vehicle I have had for less than 30 days, and I dont even get to drive it right now.

To top it all off, I have Paul Junco calling me at home arguing with me about how i signed some paper releasing Junco of liability.  Weird how I never recieved a copy of it.   And I have yet to recieve a scanned copy via email, as Paul stated he would send.

I was ripped of by Progressive Insurance first when they had me sign a release of medical liability after I was rear ended and had my car totaled. Only to be ripped off again by them after they send me to a Car Dealership that continued to rip me off.

Can a consumer just "Get what they pay for"? Apparently not in the world Im existing in today. Buyer Beware!!
