Juniper BS late fee's and lies saying that it will be removed Wilmington Delaware

Very disappoint, Made a 1500 payment bring the outstanding balance to less than 100 still owiing, I made the payment on the date that it was due on line and they are telling me that it was made on the next day. Even though I have a print out of the payment. Now they are charging me 35 for a late fee...I called the next day to ask that it be removed and they said ok and to log back in within 24hrs to make sure that it was credited. When I did it was still there so I called, they said that there was no notes that it would be removed and that they will not remove later fee...I think this is extremely poor customer service.
