I am Marshall Peters, the Director of Certified Chimney Professionals. This company is using our Logo illegally. They advertise they are certified chimney reliners, certified by Certified Chimney Professionals. (www.certifiedchimneyprofessionals.com) They are not and have never been.
The phone number they use for their chimney cleaning (www.diamondconstructionnyc.com) is the exact same as for the gutters. Same guy, John.
I called the company, identified myself, and the person on the phone (John?)called me an "a******" and hung up. They have not returned my calls and I also have left several messages.
I am pursuing this thru the Attorney Generals office.
Do not use this company and they are imo a scam. If they will lie so easily to deceive you, they will not hesitate to rip you off.
If you do your research you will find the same is true for their illegal usage of the Certified Chimney Sweep logo as well as the NFI. All fraud.
Beware.
