Just Like Family Pet Express-Doug Dogs arrived in VERY poor condition, and many days later than agreed upon! Internet

 I have also used his service. I hired him from a website-"Uship". He had a perfect rating but I truely question that now! I hired Doug sander to transport 2 rottweiler pup from WV to KS. The exact same things happened to my pups. He was hired to deliver the pups within 3 days and it took him 7 days almost 8, beings that he arrived at 11:45pm on the 7th day. When I called him to check on his whereabouts and also the condition of the pups..,he was full of excuses and lies. He claimed that he would be delayed cause he had to deviate from his schedule cause he had to make an emergency trip to Minnesota to take his office mgr. to the hosptal for an emergency heart condition. None the less- the remainder of the time that he had my pups in his possession, he frequently lied for why he could not make his time frame to deliver the pups. Bottom line he brought the pups to me when he was ready to!

 When they arrived, they were also covered in their own feces and their conditon was horrific! They were also nothing but skin and bones and acted as if they had not been fed or watered the entire 7 days! I also witnessed the condition of the van he transports in. It wreaked of urine, feces & vomit! I almost got sick myself when, I smelled this waste. How this man can stomach this smell and for him to travel all over the USA in that filth..,OMG what a peace of work!

 Doug also told me that if I would not report him he would not charge me for the transport. I told him not only are you not going to charge me but I would be reporting him to Uship and any other avenue that I could find to have him shut down! I also said if you also don't get off my property, you going to have more problems than just being reported!

 To make a long story short. The pups were diagnosed the very next day with "Coccidia", which is a viral disease from having to ingest their own feces. I have to date spent almost $1,000 in vet fees to treat the pups. One of the pups has almost died twice from the infection! I have reported Doug Sander to Uship and he has been suspended indefinitly based on pending litigation from a lawsuit I am filing against Just Like Family Pet Express / Doug Sander. I have also reported him to the Minnesota Animal Control and filed a complint with their office. He has also been reported to the USDA Animal and Health Dept. east region beings that Doug Sander is based out of Farmington, Minnesota. If there are any other clients/victims of this animals abuse..,please contact the USDA Animal and Health Dept. and file a complaint. Let's have this guy prosecuted and get him out of the business of transporting our loving pets!

My friend recieved a dog from this man Doug Sander who apperantly owns Just Like Family Pet Express and her dog arrived in such terrible condition! After doing a little research on this monster, I have found that the dogs he transports are transported in such horrific conditions!!!! Crates WAY too small for them and urine and fecal matter ALL over the dogs and crates and if one happens to die along the way of transport, OH WELL, throw it in the ditch!!!!! This monster needs to be charged and STOPPED!!!! He should never be able to be in the company of ANY animal again!!! He should never see the light of day again!!!!  Seems he likes to stop at rest areas or truck stops to clean the horribly soiled dogs up just before delivery. Just like family NOT!!!!!!! Help save these poor defenseless animals!!!! STOP THIS MONSTER!!!!!!
