This person is a complete scam artist. I hired him to do some work on my car for me before I left on vacation. Since I was in a rush and needed the work done in less than 48 hours I didn't bother to check his references...that was my first mistake.

Over 2 days, I gave him $2000 to do work on my car. On the final day he said he couldn't complete it in time but it was fine to drive and that I could drop the car off when I got back from vacation to get the work finished. I agreed because I NEEDED the car and felt like I had no choice.

While on vacation I got several emails and phone calls from him claiming I gave him counterfeit money...obviously not true. And that I needed to give him MORE money (real this time, lol) so he could complete the work. Finally...I figured out he was a scam artist. I started doing some research and realized he has scammed families before.

As soon as I got back from vacation I dropped my car off at a local trusted mechanic. He checked the car and confirmed my suspicions...he did not do ANY work to the car. So now I am out $2000 AND I still need all the work done to the car. I called him and emailed him several times and he ignored me.

He's now under investigation by the FBI, local police and I have filed complaints with the Attorney General, FTC and am suing him for $2k + damages but do yourself a favor...never rush into anything and do NOT trust Justin Malloch

for sure this guy is a complete artist scammer , he just riped off $600 check witch was going to a pool heater installtion.

he brougth with him his girlfreind (presumed wife)and made me write the check to here and cashed it , he told me to take him to the court and i will.

I know Justin Malloch, i have his phone number, address and whereabouts if you would like them. He lives in florida now and has been ripping people off here as well with the same thing, swearing to fix their cars/boats, etc , taking money from them and not doing anything.
