Justin Gordasen Jesse Gasior Scammed me out of $500 pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I have been asked by Justin to retract my statement.
In order to get my $500 back I was told by him to first post a retraction of calling this a "scam".  
Justin has verbally said that he will send me my money back if I write an apology.  
This was said by him to myself and other parties on a conference phone call.
I am waiting from him to tell me on the site that he will send me my $500 back.
Not by phone not by text. Only on this site.  
From now on I prefer to communicate only on here with Justin.
Just as he has asked me to post a retraction or apology on this site I am asking him to correspond only through this site. 
No we are waiting to see what type of a business man he truly is.

If you have all the messages saved there is no need to call me and you have all the info you need to send my money back.  Stop making excuses and just send my money back.    

You took my money and never sent tickets,  after over a week of excuses it is obvious you don't have the tickets and you scammed me out of the money, making you a thief. (a person who steals another person's property) and a lier.

The last conversation we had I told you just end this and send me my money back. Definitively!  
Regardless if you think you have evidence that I changed my mind, you still have my money and you did not follow through with sending the tickets.  You have had over a week which is more then enough time!

If you are seriously confused as to what to do (send money or send tickets?) then ask that question specifically, clarify, and follow through with an action.  

One more time...clearly...spelled out...Send me my money back.  
 

Seller sounds outraged enough to appear on the level here. What's it gonna be OP? Are you going ahead and authorizing him to release those text messages? And to both of you, were any tickets indeed exchanged for the cash? To the seller, do you still have both cash and tickets? What's the end shot of all of this? Your outraged response makes it look like the OP is libeling you, but you might well just be bluffing. The OP would be in the right if you kept the cash and sent nothing for it, unless the OP's dithering rendered the tickets too dated to be sold again. We need more specifics. Also, please don't type in all caps. It annoys everyone else reading this.

YOUR TRYING TO SAY I SCAMMED YOU!??!?!

I HAVE EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF INFORMATION FROM TEXT MESSAGES AND CONVERSATIONS THAT SHOW YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND LIKE LITERALLY 6 DIFFERENT TIMES IN A 2 DAY PERIOD.  THE VERY FIRST DAY THAT WE GOT INTO CONTACT, EVERYTHING WAS ON TRACK AND FINE UNTILL YOU FREAKED OUT AFTER WASTING 2 HOURS OF TIME AND SAID YOU JUST WANT THE MONEY BACK NOT THE TICKETS, I SAID FINE.  THEN YOU SAY YOU WANTED THE TICKETS NOT THE MONEY BACK, I SAID FINE AGAIN, ANDWAS ACTUALLY ON MY WAY TO SEND THEM AS YOU YETTTT AGGGGGAIN CHANGED YOUR MIND SAYING YOU WANT THE MONEY NOT THE TICKETS....

AFTER THIS YOUR FRIEND CALLED ME SAYING NOT TO SEND THE MONEY AND YOU GUYS WANT THE TICKETS BACK!!!!  I KNOW HOW ABSURD THIS ALL SOUNDS, BECAUSE THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT IT IS, ABSURD!!!!!  BUT I HAVE EVERY TEXT FROM YOU AND YOUR FRIEND TO SHOW THATS EXACTLY HOW THIS WENT DOWN, AND I WILL BE DA**ED IF YOU SIT HERE AND TRY TO MAKE ME LOOK BAD BECAUSE YOU ARE A PSYCHO, AND YOU SAID IM A SOCIOPATH??? YOUR TALKING ABOUT SMOKING MARIJUANA AND EVERYTHING AND HOW YOUR TO HIGH STRUNG AND THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE THAT WAS IN THE WEED AND BLAH BLAH BLAH....    EVERYTHING WOULD OF BEEN %100 FINE IF YOU WOULD OF JUST SHUT UP AND LET ME GET IT ALL DONE, YET YOU LITERALLY CHANGED YOUR MIND LIKE 6 TIMES.

THEN WHEN I TALKED TO HER AGAIN AND TOLD HER WHAT HER FRIEND SAID, ABOUT NOT SENDING THE MONEY AND JUST SENDING THE TICKETS, SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT EVEN STAY IN CONTACT WITH EACHOTHER, SHE WAS TELLING ME ONE THING TO DO, AND HER FRIEND WAS TELLING ME ANOTHER. 

AND AS FAR AS CALLING THE FBI AND THE POLICE AND SUCH, GO FOR IT !!!!!!!!!!!
TELL THEM TO CALL ME SO I CAN SHOW THEM HOW INSANE AND INDECISIVE YOU ARE AND THE HOOPS AND CIRCLES YOU HAD ME RUNNING IN.  YOU HAVE CAUSED EVERY SINGLE BIT OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS SITUATION AND NOW YOUR TRYING TO PUT IT ON ME?!?!?

PLEASE ALSO MAKE A REBUTTEL TO THIS, AND I WILL POST A LINK ON HERE SHOWING ALL OF THE CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND I, AND YOUR FRIEND AND I, WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS YOU TWO CHANGED YOUR MINDS MULTIPLE TIMES WITHOUT EVEN STAYING IN-TOUCH WITH EACHOTHER,
