As a retired officer, my wife and I were enticed by free gifts to come to a "Travel Presentation" and receive (2) airline tickets anywhere in the US to stay at a delux hotel and as a bonus to recieve a 8 day 7 night cruise.  We paid all the fees and taxes required and the promise was not fulfilled.

Since 2016, I have been investigating Travel Services with a private investigator.

Travel Services is connected to VIP Travel Services, AVI Travel Services, Delta Travel Services, Tourico Travel Services, Executive Travel Services and others.

There have been many who have been scammed by these any other associated companies.  Many victims did not know where to turn after being scammed and give up.  The company does not provide you the appropriate contact and even if you do contact them, they will not assist you.

Often they will open a location and then close it.  Other locations have butcher paper on the door and windows to avoid being served.  Even if they are served, they will not show up to court and no money can be collected since they are not registed with the Sec of State office.  Other locations only have a P.O. Box.

There are many who have been scammed and either gave up their effort to recover money or some have judgements that have never been collected.  They will never show up to court and play a game of "Catch me if you can".

The main person responsible for this criminal operation is Justin Mackler, who lives a life of luxury in Boca Raton, Florida.

Phone calls are directed to a Florida location and redirected back to various locations after screened

Mackler uses Full Travel Services in Las Vegas, Nevada as his training headquarters for those managers he trusts.  Full Travel Services is registered with the Sec of State officer and Mackler is listed as the business agent and manager.  One manager, Aaron Todd is manager of Travel Services and Executive Travel Services in Southern California.  Even on their website, "Todd A" gives a review and arrogantly states, "Aaron is wonderful" to manipulate potential victims.  Negative reviews by myself are never posted.

Justin Mackler is the head of this criminal operation with Full Travel Services as the registed facility, used to coordinate and train those managers who can be trusted to run their scam in various locations since at least 2009.
