I forgot to mention that a while ago I spoke with another owner of a child's performer's academy here in Reno. The owner's name is Christiana.

When I mentioned to Christiana that I used to work For JRP Reno she told me that Kristen and somebody else from JRP Reno would sell her all of the leads that JRP carried in.

So this whole time, not only is JRP taking credit for other people's leads and not paying bonuses, but the staff is defrauding Kim Flowers by selling the client's information as leads to another performer's academy!

What an assertive way to make extra cash and defraud the owner of the company!

This is in response to "you know who". First off let me just say that I am a witness to all the unfairness that the Promotional Director went thru! And that yes.. there is proof that the whole promotional department was being stolen from!

Allow me to start with the "false advertising". You asked for details, right? Well I'm sure you remember when the Promotional Director came up with a promotional project strategy to get leads.

The Promotional Director asked that she'd be allowed to pass out flyers that read that if you went in for a screening that you'd be entered to win some free class time. You remember, right?

Well after a while of having worked on that promotional project we went in to the office to get more time sheets and flyers. When the Promotional Director asked the girl at the front desk for more flyers that read you could possibly win class time.. the girl at the front desk said, "you do know that there's really never a winner, don't you??"

So that right there screams, "false advertising"! The other thing about "false advertising" was that one of the promotional employees himself told me that JRP had hired some guy to pretend being some casting director.

I do not know wether this is true or not. But that is what I was told!

And I didn't have to look into it.. he told me that he had found out thru other students like himself! So that you know that I'm not just making things up, his name was Eagle. He worked in the promotional department for about 2 months.

So far.. those two things are what I personally am a witness to as far as your "false advertising" is concerned.

Now allow me to get into the details of the fraud against the whole promotional department. I always found it weird that most of the promotional department was getting many.. many.. but I mean many leads and all they would get was 1 bonus.

And yet.. JRP still kept them. When the Promotional Director and I sensed that there was something wrong we all kept track of our leads. Not just me and the director, but the whole department.

When we eventually went into the office to take a look at the ledger, one of the girls at the front desk told us that Justine had specifically said that she did not want anyone going into the ledger!

When the Director told her that she was a director of the company and that she had the full right to look into the ledger the girl at the front desk picked up the ledger and raised her voice. She then threw the ledger at the Promotional Director and said, "ok! Seriously! Here! If you want to see the ledger, then here! But Justine said that no one was to go into the ledger!"

When me and the director looked into the ledger we saw many names that sounded familiar as we would read them. So the names that sounded familiar, we wrote down.

And sure enough.. when we went into all the names we had been keeping track of all those names that were under Justine's credit were actually our leads that were being stolen from us!

And it's no wonder Ron Patterson told me that all of the bookkeeping, ledger, and sales book were missing when the Reno JRP was shut down! Because all of the people that were taking our credit for the leads and bonuses knew that we had been keeping track of things and that all those sales records were not going to match with our records. Proving you to be frauds!

Seriously... this is not a matter of the Promotional Director talking bad about her ex-co-workers! It's really not! Because truth of the matter is that all of us got bad checks from Kim Flowers every now and then and not only that.. but most of the JRP staff was intimidated and treated bad by the main person in the office.

And I'd like to wrap this up with two things. I'd like to point it out to you that you need to get an education as far as having social skills and integrity is concerned. You can't just lash at someone and call them old and bitter!

Because from the looks of it you're the only real bitter person. Just take a look at how you responded to Aquarius! So next time.. be a real adult and respond calm and patient.

The last thing I wanted to wrap this up with is the following. John Robert Powers Reno folded and ended itself after the whole promotional department either left or was let go!

We were the real source where the company could get leads and make the money to keep the company going. As soon as I was "let go", even though I had given a month's notice to quit, I noticed that you no longer had anything running in the radio nor any type of advertising. Not even the mall stand was up!

The Promotional Director and I were the most hard working out of anyone else in that company. We treated the business as our own.. always strategising to make sure the leads were there for you to have work so you could pay your d**n bills!

And what did we get?? You all went ahead and stole from us! So you did it to yourselves!

First of all I have p1ctures of the names in the Ledgers which I took with my cell phone of people that I signed up and I made copies "AFTER" I saw with my own eyes that not only did I NOT get bonuses for these students and clients but someone else got the credit and bonuses (usually it was under Justine's name.)

I was the Promotional Director and yet when I asked to look at the Ledger, I was told by another employee that Justine did not want me to look at the Ledger. Yes, I do have a witness to this. I have absolutely no problem disclosing this and the fact that MY LEADS were stolen twice by another employee.

I filld a complaint and brought the PROOF to Justine. It had already occured before but this but this time I had the PROOF. I am not a bitter person at all. I feel taken advantage of by many reasons. The bonus I received amounted to about 9 at the most . I got a minimum of 15 daily/ I also worked hard at events and would get about 50 to 100 leads.

I don't like the fact that my dept. was promised bonuses and there was a high turnover in employees because they did not the the rewards.during the 2 years that I was employed. If you have a real problem with the truth then I can not address your feelings. I sympathisize with the prospective clients and students.

I also know for a fact that the same individual that stole my leads was incarcerrated about 3 times during her course of employment and was teaching our children students acting classes. I have a pretty good idea who you are also. You had a big problem with me coming into the office to make appointments for leads that I OR MY PROMO TEAM GOT FOR YOU.

You don't have a job anymore now do you? I knew that JRP would close down within 1 year. I knew how hard "I" worked, along with Salvador at getting the students so that you and all of the other employees had job security. And I will continue to respond to your unprofessional and lack of integrity to stoop so low to call someone names. Isn't that just a little bit inappropriate as iwell as imature?

I used to work for John Robert Powers Reno and I assure you that we were not commiting any type of fraud! I know exactly who you are....


Why don't you tell people you were taking the information from the the leads so you could do GOD knows what to them? Yeah.. you and that Salvador too!

Can you prove we were taking your leads and bonuses? Didn't think so! Neither will you ever be able to prove anything against Justine or any of the other ex-employees of John Robert Powers Reno!

We were all taken advantage of by Kim Flowers. Yes.. she did write us bad checks and yes she was a bad person! But stop accusing your ex-coworkers of fraud! You bitter old woman!

And I dare you to respond to this with events to try and prove what you stated in your report. Prove to me how it was that we did false advertising.. and prove to me that you were given false promises bitter old woman!!!

I dare you!
