Let me first say that i have been an avid customer of juvenon for litterally years and so has my family.  Now they charged my card after one of my orders and are claiming i signed up for some sort of monthly billing statement?

It overdrew my bank with the pending transaction i immediately got on the phone thinking surely it's a mistake i have literally NEVER had a problem with this company. The customer service name was shelly when she was rude to me i asked to speak to a manage corporate something obviously she didn't have the authority to deal with the situation. she refused!

i sent emails in other directions to the company to go around her but as i told her i've even moved my credit card and bank statements can prove i'm in a totally diff state now so there's no way i'll even receive their order. and they overdrew my bank account!

she canceled the reoccuring billing that i had no idea about but refused to issue a refund despite the fact that there is no way i'll even receive the product!

like i said years i've been a customer so to be treated like this is ridiculous to say the least.  i reported it to my bank and am actively disputing the charge of merchandise i won't even receive for something i didn't even sign up for!

i don't know what they're thinking but DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THIS COMPANY! seriously find their product elsewhere if you don't want to go to a huge extreme of having reoccuring billing on your credit card on products you aren't even receiving.

We will see how it turns out but this is ridiculous especially for someone who is such a loyal customer i love their products and tell everyone about them but i'll never order directly from them again. this is an insane amount of drama and stress i'm paying 70 dollars for an order i won't receive plus bank overdraft fees until i get paid next week with no money between now and then.

this never should have happened and they def. aren't apologizing about it
