I bought a program called videomakerfx thru them.  Once I got it, I found out they were the middleman and they were not the owners of the program. The program is good but once again it is not theirs.

They send you a lot of emails selling you more programs. I bought one that it supposed to work with Videomakerfx but it is not true! they just gave me additional pre-made slides no different that the one I had already.

They mention 100% money back guarantee if I didn't like the additional stuff but I contacted them and the owner James Carter just told me that they gave me the product and they never would give me my money back.

What they sell you as additional slides are terrible! they don't belong to the Video Maker FX program and also their quality is terrible.

They are just making money pretending it would work with the program but they are useless! and they don't even upload to the program, they just sell you files with slides made in power point that suck terrible.

I encorage you to NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM JVZOO.COM

If you want to buy some products that they sell, google directly the program's website you are interested into and buy it from them.

Don't get robbed like what it looks they are doing to a lot of us

thanks

JVZoo Did Not Sell Anything to this Person

AUTHOR: E. Brian Rose - ()

POSTED: Monday, October 06, 2014

While I am sorry this individual is unhappy with something he bought online, it is troubling that he falsely named our company as the one he bought it from.  JVZoo is an online service people use to create affiliate programs for products they are selling online.  JVZoo does not sell any products.  JVZoo does not even take any money from people buying products.  All payments for vendors' products are processed via PayPal.  Buyers pay the vendors directly.

PayPal allows customers to file disputes if they feel they have been wronged.  Telling people to "never buy anything from JVZoo" in a ripoff report is akin to not liking a product bought on auction and telling people never to use eBay.  Like eBay, we do not sell products.

With that being said, I invite the person who made this post to contact me directly.  Just open a support ticket and put my name in the subject.  I would be happy to contact the vendor and try and mediate an amicable solution. Now that the poster knows JVZoo did not sell him the product, nor take his money, we ask that he remove this erroneous post.
