I order a football program from K & A Books. The program would not work correctly on my computer. I returned it for a refund, which they said if there were any problems with loading or it working they would send you a refund no questions ask.

1. Make a Credit Card Claim, If you still have the dvds send them back and put a tracking number on it.. You will win your CC claim jut make sure you have your tracking number. If you never got your items, You will also win, because he will have to provide a delivery conformation, I believe you have 60 days to make your claim.
2. There is a good chance they are fakes, There has been a guy for years on ebay selling fake football coaching dvds out of warrick, RI. I bet a 1000 to 1 odds it is the same guy.. Try contacting the factory, If they are TMW media products I am sure they would like to see the fakes and most likely will replace them with real ones.. Ask for leslie or the CEO.. I know he is interested in this guys.. If they are championship productions or human kinetics they will also be interested.. If they are Sport America Products get online and call the 800 number... They will also be interested..

There is a chance this is the same guy that sells fake coaching dvds out of Warrick, RI. I bought some from him on ebay and they didnt work, Called the factory and they were fake.. Heard He has been around along time selling fake products on his website and the internet.. Interesting...
