K and R Distributing Kirby vaccums I worked for k and r for a few months during that time they lied to me and there was alot of shady business that was occuring. Russ Haralson the owner of the company would intetionally ignore complaint Lewiston, Idaho

I worked for K and R Distributing for a few months and during my employment I witnessed alot of shady business. during the orientation the recruiter lied to the whole class by saying that  Russ Haralson (the owner of the company) will pay us $1825.00   for only doing 48 presentations that were suposibly set up but that was a lie. i personably heard russ haralson telling the managers not to hire girls, bigger people, colored people simply because he did not want to work with "that kind of people."  I also heard a lot of racism jokes coming from Russ. not very proffesional. 

My paychecks always were short, and there was always an excuse for why I did not get my garantee.  Russ haralson would have the managers  came in and pressure the customers and they would start at the price of $2498.00 and sell the kirby for $1000.00 $900  and even $800 He would also make it impossible for costumers to cancel he would himself and have his managers intentialy ignore phone calls and erase messages, not getting back to the costumer until the 3 day canelation period was already over. many times would customers had canceled and would simply want their credit card charged back but the owner of k and r wouldnt allow that to happened. i think someone should do something about this i happend to have the owners number saved on my phone Russ Haralson's cell 208-908-2429 he lives in orafino idaho. the ads they used for recruting are always hidding the fact that is kirby and i think people shouldnt  work for k and r because no matter how good they say it is its not.  its all lies. again some one should really look into this and stop this shady dishonest business for good. ....i will report this to the authorities. . . .
