K. C. Berkshire ripoff illegal firing of hard working employee owners pot heads with financial troubles, manager verifys Sunbury Columbus Ohio

My name is Octavia, and I am the so called lazy b**** that was mentioned in this report. I did my job and did it well. I do NOT appreciate being drug into such a childish, spiteful and completely uncalled for attack simply because you (Theresa) failed to show up for work and when you did your quality of work was poor at best. grow up! I am not an attack dog. You were a horrible employee and it was my pleasure to fire you. I no longer work for K.C. Berkshire because of all the bullsh** in that company. You know, I at least had the guts to step to your face and fire you, but you have to hide behind a computer and attack. If you were a real woman step to me. I did nothing to but my job, you weren't performing and I let you go. Oh by the way, you got off easy I was the one stuck cleaning that building by myself.

I have always treated the employees that worked for me with respect, but when you constantly call off and do far below par work and I am the one who has to fix it. What would you do in my shoes?

Their manager Kit WHO WAS married at the time stood behind me while I was on the floor scrubbing floors and he made comments about my weight and how he likd larger women. It pissed me off so I called off a few days. Phil and Tina are not responded and it made me nervous. So I do my job as quickly as possible and again like the other report says Octavia decides who gets fired and if she dosn't like you then you get fired. So I take my trash out and leave and Octavia don't do her have and I get called and fired. I get sexual harrasment on the job and I get fired on the notice of leaving without permission. That's crap - then I see this site and know that the manager that harrassed me is fired. Who is lying? Not me. I shoudl sue the dumb b*****d and his fiance. Neither one of them know what is going on tbecause there never there!
