k & g distributing KIRBY SCAMMERS LIARS DECEITFUL B***ARDS crystal lake, Illinois

to begin with.....  i am a former employee of k & g distributing and i am hear to give you the dirty details of the scammers inside and out. not only was i hired under the assumption i was to be "setting appointments" but i was just one of their multiple people hired that week. upon arriving for an interview i realized the parking lot somewhat resembled a junk yard..... i was forced to sit in a non paid training class and read scripts for three hours among the apparent illiterate crackheads amongst the others hired. i decided since im fresh out of high school that i would give it a shot...... day one after being told i need to bring in family referals and call them i soon realized that they would further call them for me even as if they did not say they werent interested the first time......3 days went by and very quickly i realized not one of the multiple people trained with me were there anymore, as any normal human being would i popped the question to my supervisor who informed me that they had all quit hahah riiight..... when hired it is explained to you that you will have one paid meeting every month where awards would be givin ....FALSE unless you kissed a** you werent getting s**t but a piece of recycled paper with your name spelled wrong on it......soon after i had become a ligitimate scamming employee just like the rest i was offered a promotion that of an assistant manager/recruiter aka trainer i was promised incentives off of the poor people whom i had to hire based on well absolutley nothing(literally if you have a pulse you get the job) i was also promised a $1 raise hmm sounded alright or so i though not only was the full time schedule split shift but you were required to show up for their unscheduled meetings scheduled the day of again not paid and usually the message was relayed via text message (professional i know) the meeting eventually turned into threats of job removal due to the fact that i had actually believe it or not befriended someone that worked with me for upwards of 50 hours a week so sorry didnt know this was a cult.....  THERE WERE ABSOLUTLEY NO SICK OR PTO DAYS i had asked to leave early due to a loss in the family and  the owner honestly asked if i could tough it out because the team really needed me!(totally true) after denying her and taking my right as a normal human being and leaving early for the funeral they sat me down for a meeting the next day to ask me if i was serious about this and then proceeded to announce to the "phone room" that another girl was the new assistant manager hmm weird i lost my position and raise over a choice to go to a goddamn funeral.... the constant drama that went on is above and beyond that of a legit buisness and i was there scapegoat i was always sent in to find out what she said about who ect by my supervisors. they made it apparent that you were not to hang out with anyone that you worked with outside of work which ok understandable we have to keep it professional and keep work at work......that is unless the supervisor or owner invites you out than your in the clear to get wasted and talk s**t about everyone......the after work parties turned into what some might call orgys/girls gone wild im talking slutty dancing cheating on spouses all around hos. these parties were not to be spoke of ever again wonder why...... the giant insane aslyum looking room filled with 10-30 people depending on the day was infested with ants and about the nastiest carpet i have ever seen in my entire life(yes the carpet of a place that sells vacuum cleaners) ...you were ordered to push your customer untill they either hung up or involuntarily set up (yes we sent representatives out even if we knew they cancelled.) although cancelling would be impossible because the number we leave them always goes unanswered and well guess what the mail box is full imagine that hahahahah the 50 plus hours a week included working saturdays 9-1 which doesnt sound bad untill friday evening when they tell you that you have to be there at 7am for breakfast and games aka musical chairs the chacha slide (note if you did not participate in these foolish a*s games you were sent home with no pay check!) these games were played in the salesroom(ghetto a** warehouse) in front of all the guys just so the supervisors could make fun of you in front of them. often times we had to stand on stage and scream kirby chants (again no participation typically meant punishment) long story short here after torchering myself for those few years i realized i didnt have to scam people all my life to be a good working citizen and that there is other opportunity out there oh and guess what one of there favorite quotes is "liars donts have buyers" well seeing as how i understand the whole buy low sell high market i dont exactly call K&G buying the kirbys for $300 and selling them for almost $2000 an honest and forthcoming company its unfortunate that anyone can sit there for the rest of their life knowing that day in and day out their scamming there customers and furthermore there own employees........ lesson learned get the f**k out now before your sucked into the dishonest cult like ways of k & g distributing!!!!!!!!!!! oh also if hired in the appointment setting department they give you three days to set an appoinment off of a cold call list or you will get fired based on some sh**ty accusation that "your not producing" hahaha good luck!!!
