When I worked there and participated in the insurance benefits, that I paid for, I often ran into the problem of not having insurance because Mr. Kissel would "inadvertently" not pay for his employees insurance.  The medical would lapse and many employees, some even with kids, would be scrambling to pay out-of-pocket expenses to cover a doctor's visit, medication, etc.  I don't know about anyone else, but even getting a prescription without insurance is ungodly!  Especially when your pay check was already being "shorted" because there was not enough money to cover everyone's check.  So, let's see...$250 out of each paycheck of "insurance benefits", working your tail off, sometimes 10 hrs + in a day, but then not getting compensated... this is cause for a messy career.  Not only are you in sleep deprivation mode, but now your credit is being affected because someone (who by the way used to be an accountant????) can't figure out how to keeps his hands out of the money while your employees are bending over backwards to meet your deadlines.  Oh, by the way, how's that 2 story mansion, your company paid luxury cars and your membership at the country club working for you?
