Back on September 25, 2008 I receive a phone call from a frantic Kaimi Niemann in California saying he was in a bind and had to have some color copied packets delivered to a vendor for an upcoming show. Really wanting to help him out of his jam I dropped what I was doing to get his stuff on the machine to make his deadline. The aggreement was was COD or a credit card by phone. As I am on my way to deliver the packets I call Mr. Niemann to collect payment-he states he was on his way to the bank and should have funds available in his within the hour. Being a sucker and having already completed the job I deliver the packets in time. Needless to say after delivery I run his card number only to have it declined. Numerous attempts have been made to collect debt only to get the runaround. I suggest not conducting any business with Kaimi or his company unless you like losing money.
