I had to take the time to respond to this Ripoff report when it was presented to me, as a result of it's vile deceitful and liblelis content all of which was fabricated by it's author.

I have first hand knowledge about this meddling busy body neighbor from Kaimi's old Laguna Beach residance, at the time that this guy was continually invaiding Kaimi and his familys privacy in unbelievable ways. Kaimi was one of the larger developers in Laguna Beach with his upscale corprate offices located directly across the street from Laguna city hall and building department.

Kaimi and his wife who was a prominent stay at home CFO for a Fortune 1000 company and mother of three with one child on the way were activly involved with their children and in the Laguna Beach community church working with the less fortunate residents in Laguna Beach.

While people like their neighbor who filed this Ripoff report are focused on controlling their next door neighbors while Kaimi was out repairing Laguna Beach homes for the less fortunete. In addition to all of his family business and community responsibiltys he was also spending his valuble time fending off building inspectors from nourmerious complaints filed by this guy on his personal residance which was in need of major rehab as many other propertys were in the neighborhood. As a result of this guys going to get you slanderous attitude Kaimi's home was continually stalled in the rebuilding process, and to think that it all started by Kaimi removing a sick tree in his own back yard that triggered this persons insane behavior which ended up eventually costing Kaimi the property in the down turn of 2008.

They are two of the best most loving involved parents that I have ever known, who give all of their spare time to their children who speak both Dutch and english, this is why they are such incredible children such as Hans who is currently a national chess champion.
