I was contacted beginning June 19, 2015 by one Antony Rosado/Traci Rosado of Kairos Customs soliciting my business for custom clothing.

I previewed the website as I was directed and agreed to do business. The terms were that I would pay $125.00 in weekly payments via paypal. I would be receiving 3 suits and a 4th free, including shirts and ties for each. The invoice I received was for $2985.00, which is attached. Once final payment was made, the order would take 4 weeks, this was in January 2016.

I was sent numerous pictures of Mr. Rosado and alleged high end clients, but I was hounded weekly for payments.

On 4/5/16 I was asked if I wanted vests made, I agreed to $250.00 to full fabric vest. I took a trip to Vegas that May for my birthday and personally met Mr. & Mrs. Rosado, everything seemed fine. On 6/15/16 i was told my balance was $1210.00, I totally disagreed, but it included an shipping charge of $250.00 that was never mentioned before. At this time Mr. Rosado states paypal is charging too much and wants me to send payments via Western Union now. So I continued paying and the last payment was on 8/16/16 and I was told my order would be ready 3 weeks from the coming friday,,,never happened. ( I do have FB Messenger of all this as well)

9/10/16 I'm told that they will need an additional 2 weeks from the coming Monday, because of an illness with daughter. 9/30/16 I'm told they will need a few more days. 1/12/17 I'm told they are finishing up on my first 2 suits????? Really?????

1/20/17 I'm told that he and his wife had the flu and I would get a shipment by the next Friday; never happened. 2/3/17 I'm told I will be getting a shipment very soon, "had to do adjustments".

At that point I stopped interacting with Mr. Rosado and let my wife handle it further. So finally in April 2017 I receive a shipment of a suit and tie in a box; which doesn't even fit at all (pictures attached).

I'm totally frustrated, angry beyond measure and am looking for some help regarding this matter as we're now in June. $3735.00 and nothing to show for it!!!!!!!!!!
