Kaiser Permanente and Dr.Noal Ramirez in Chino are the worst Kaiser and that pile of crap Dr.Noal Ramirez and lets not forget the medical board that protests theses Doctors If you want to make sure your health stay that way don't see this doctor he has ruin my life and Kaiser has just been giving me excuses and the medical board said this doctor did his job if you call it that when he doesn't tell you that your health is screw up for 4yrs when you have to hear from a friend that is a RN to tell you he isn't doing his job and to change doctor's which I did who was very upset with this doctor for not doing his job. KAISER AND THIS DOCTOR DR.NOAL RAMIREZ ARE THE WORST Chino California
