Kaiser Permanente AND SEIU Local 105 Union Ignored my requests to enforce my Contractual hourly pay rate that Kaiser Refused to Honor. Denver Colorado

I contacted Robert Guinn at the Kaiser Permanente in Lafayette to request enforcement of my Contractual Hourly Pay rate. Kaiser Permanente hired me to work as a sleep technician. And as such i did for 6 weeks. When i asked the hiring manager Linda Rickaby to correct my paycheck, she refused. I was being payed $4.00 an hour less than what Kaiser's Contractual agreement called for.

Robert Guinn had no answers. He also ignored my attempts at contacting him.The Lead Steward blew me off too after finally finally getting her to do something "AKA filing a grievance". The Vice President failed to intervene as well at my request.

Kaiser also put a stop payment on my mileage re-imbursement check they agreed to pay me for driving all the way from aurora to Lafayette. A lousy 60 dollars. The union also ignored my requests to fix this. Kaiser gave no reason for rescinding the check.

When you first hire on this company, they give you the option to sign up with the union"AKA pay them XX out of your paycheck". I recommend that you choose "NO" because this union is complete BS as indicated.

You have no union rights when you are in your first 3 months and they can get rid of you for any reason or simply because you choose not to put up with some of their rude a*s, lazy bitchy employees that are ragging 24/7.

So they say you should pay because they negotiated your hourly rate for you.
Well, as i indicated, this union is complete BS as they don't even enforce their hourly rates that they negotiated. They wont even take this company to court on your behalf if they fail to follow through with the minimum hourly rates! You have to do everything yourself! And they blow you off when you ask for enforcement!

Bottom line, the union does not work for you, do not pay them one cent!
And if you are taking a job with this company, make sure you read the fine print! The managers love to mis-represent their job offers!

This IS NOT a socially responsible company as they pretend to be. The only thing thriving is their wallets. They shaft their employees however they d**n well please, and could give a rats a*s about anyone else. Ever notice why they are so rude to you when you call for service?
