I was a tenant at 1865 Broad St for 9 months with my very young son living with me. When I asked hom to please re-paint a door that had serious flaking lead paint, he laughed at me and told me that he was a lead inspector. I knew that was a lie as I'd met them all. I was then on the Board of Directors of the Childhood Lead Action Project. He became verbally abusive when I insisted, but it did get done. (My son had already been lead poisoned).
After a time, I saw a man briefly but he turned out to be what I thought to be dangerous and although I told him that I didn't want to see him, he became abusive, showing up at all hours, etc. I ended up going to the police and to a safe house temporarily.
A Cranston detective told me that at that point, I had no choice but to leave. I told Thomas that I was leaving but that I could not give him a forwarding address on the advice of the detective. Because I was breaking my lease, Thomas had the legal right to keep mu deposit, which he did. I left the place spotless. Later when I asked him to send my mail to a certain location, he admitted that he destroyed it and when I asked him why he would do such a thing, he resonded by yelling, "F--- Y--"! I never did recover the check.

Dear Terry , your last name escapes me now and it realy is not important . you got evicted for non-payment . That is what the superior court judge decided ... You should stop drinking , doing drugs or whatever else messes up with your mind. As far as me not being a lead inspector , well you know my name by now so you can research the records at that time. Did she call anorther inspector ? No she did not. I was more than understanding and helpfull in situations where I clearly did not have to .
As far as your mail is concerned , do you realy thing I care or should care about your mail ? It is your mail and YOU are responsible for it . You had the key to the mail box ( which you did not return ) . These accusations are coming from a person who was certain I controlled the heat to her unit remotely and kept punishing her by lowering the temperature in her apartment ONLY ( the heating system heats up three units and is controlled from the second floor unit by a paying, well respected long term resident ) . Terms I would never use referring to you .
i hope you found your checks and used the money for mental health purposes . How is the Board of Health doing theses days. Last time I checked you were a CNA claiming to be a RN . Clearly, you gave ambition but try to find some integrity and ability to go with it and I assure you , your evictions and the rest of your miserable life will get better .
You probably find this rebutal mean spirited . It is. Im tired of dead beats like her trying to game the system to their advantage. When they loose in court they take it on line , hopping for some justice .

I don't really know what the lead paint has to do with anything else in this report. But I do find it odd that a person who is on the Board of Directors of the Childhood Lead Action Project would even move into a place that had lead paint. It would seem that this would be the first thing you would check and refuse to move in until it was fixed. This way there is no chance for your son to get lead poisoning.
Beyond that you state that you had to leave this house because of some other guy. Yet even though you couldn't give him a forwarding address you told him to send it to send your mail to a certain location. Isn't telling him to send it to a certain location a forwarding address? So which is it?
