Kami Shade does not honor their customers Internet

Kami Shade does not honor their customers! This is company has made all of my fears of ordering on line from non-commercial retailors a reality!

First I want to say, I love the dresses; I was very surprised at the style and cuts of many of the dresses that can almost flatter any figure. The layout of the website was okay but what drew me to the site was when I saw a beautiful shirt on Rasheeda from Love & Hip-hop of ATL!

I saw the shirt on and I l thought it would be great as a birthday outfit. I saw some questionable reviews but it appeared that Kami Shade had resolved those issues so I took a chance.

The ordering process was easy and routine I explained to Michelle that I had some issues with my large bust and I asked if the dress will fit properly. She stated I should get a minor alteration across the bust for comfort. I ordered a size 10-12 and that was that.

It only took the dress several days to arrive and it came in through the US mail in a priority package which was fine with me. I opened the package and saw the beautiful vibrant colors on the Milano sequin mini dress, I was very excited, I eagerly tried on the dress only to discover it was way too tight which may or may not be Kami Shade's fault (depends on the measuring they use).

I also knew it was a nonrefundable purchase but I took a chance away because I wanted a unique look for my birthday. Anyway, I returned the dress within the 7 or 10 day timeframe they require in order for you to get an exchange. I also put a note in the package asking for store credit so I can buy something else another time.

I waitedwaited and waited for a response but I didnt get one. I even forgot all all it. So I called them only to have my calls forwarded to voicemail and no one has followed up with me. This is very poor customer service especially when I am taking some responsibility and acknowledging I knew there were no refunds!!!

I only wanted you to either exchange my dress or give store credit. You did nothing to rectify this situation. I dont have $150.00 to just throw away. Im starting to feel like that one customer who posted a review about your customer service on "Basically, once you place your order, your money is theirs. As you see from the other complaints on this website you either go through hell trying to return the garment, or just have to suck it up and decide never to order from them again."

Do I just have to suck it up Kami Shade or will you just exchange my dress for a larger size?
