 I ordered a dress from Kami Shade last month and here it is a new month and I havent recived a clear answers on where my dress is they sent me a tracking number witch was bogus because the usps does not have any info on my order then I called and got sent to a voicemail that was full so there was no possible way to complain about the service so lastly I emailed and got one respones but that lead to no answers still I even went on fb and inboxed the so called owner asking for a refund... I order online all the time and I have never experienced such unprofessional service in my life kami shady needs to be out of business!!!! I dont have money to waste nor do I play with my money. The owner is living a lavish life in a huge house while ripping off hard working people like myself and its not fair!!!! Im going to report to the BBB with this if my package is not here by next week
