I owed KRR HOA the amount of $2,376.55 I made an incredible effort to pay this mean people the huge amount of $ 3,598.95 in cashier checks...meaning they got like cash...what happened? Nothing...nor a word of thanks...a receipt...a call...any answer to my e-mails.
KRR refuses to drop the unnecessary lawsuit against me and my family even after we paid in full.
To add to this garbage...my lawyer Lynn Dunlap withdraw from the case because I refused to sign an unkind, threatening, obscure "non-disclosure" agreement...this KRR HOA lady, Patti belden does not want everyone to know what she is doing to me and others...she is punishing all, because noone has money, we are living the worst economic times in history...but people like her don't care...they are greedy, cold, rapacious humans.
I advise you notto buy here unless the present board is long gone.

Kanaka HOA lawsuit still pending after full payment

As of December 19, 2010 I am still in a fiercebattle with HOA. After I paid in full the huge amount of $3,500 US dollars (no pesos), the Kanaka board is coercing me to sign a non-disclosure agreement" which will be like committing suicide, because Patti Belden will sue me if I open my mouth about pretty much everything. I filed a complaint with Idaho BBBand not surprisingly they told me "they could not help"...so I called my friend A, we answered to thelawyer: Jeremy Evans with copy to the HOA board members: Wayne Bagwell, Ron Anderson, Maryl Whittaker, Randy Bateman and Patti Belden. I am asking them to withdraw the lawsuit by December 31, 2010. Randy Bateman requested the board to withdraw the mechanic's lien (like I don't have enough with the lawsuit) and Patti Belden said she will not do that until I sign the non-disclosure agreement. This Patti wants me to renounce my right to freedom of expression. She does not want people to know she is a "bully" and homeowners are being sued and have liens in their homes because they can not afford to pay the high HOA and water maintenance fees due to the economic times our country is going through.
