this company promises you a pair of wireless bluetooth headphones as part of what appears to be a fake kickstarter for about $150.00.  they contantly move the ship date to out even further, and if you refer people with the referral code they remove the referral the next day.  whats strange is they answer emails, but you will never see the promised product....

no person i have heard about has even received anything from this company.  They also appear to have no address information on where their company is located.  checking the SSL certificate it appears to be for dozens of other domain names, this looks like a scam all day long after a lot of research.

Liars Liars Liars

The company is closed- the social media sites have been disabled- no one monitors the email- We cannot chargeback on our payments- We have been taken- isn't there laws in place to protect us from d****e bags like this? What difference does it make if they stole from us more than a year ago. we should still get our money back.

June isn't Spring

A reminder that It's 14th June and that's past "Spring". The Kanoa now says you will ship "in June". Is this true or another push? If I were you I would be cautious about making statements like "we will do X" as you've let your consumer base down over and over - and over with a weak communication strategy. I'm a very early Campaign Contributor and have been waiting almost 22 months to see the product. Develpment takes time but this is getting to another point altogether.

I personally signed up a number of friends under this, and none of them have received anything but empty promises almost 2 years after we have ordered.  The ship dates actually keep resetting to make it look like you are going to ship any day now.

 

This is the worst kind of scam, as they are banking on you just forgetting that you ever bought anything...

Delayed again 2 years now

 This is obviously a scam it's been 2 years since they were supposed to ship these. I am 100% certain they are just hoping everyone will forget they ordered these and let these scammers have their money. Stear clear.. this is a very elaborate scam by a group who owns multiple domains and perpetuates dozens of other scams other many made up company names. Ask them for a physical address and you'll soon see how much of a scam this is, better yet also ask for a phone number...

Inconsistant responses

As a reply to this rebuttal, there were several emails set out about the shipping dates beng moved forward, then recently you sent out an email talking about buildng the prototype.  This is absurd since you led this entire campagin stating you were SHIPPING this last summer.  It's not been MORE THAN A YEAR since you've taken everyones $ and have yet to ship a single unit to anyone.

I feel Kanoa are purposefully dragging this out so that people will be unable to file chargebacks or get their money back.  It makes no sense that 12 months ago you tell everyone you are getting ready to ship, and then just last month send out an email stating you are still prototyping.  This appears to be a very elaborate scam

Hello.  I am terribly sorry about the delay.  We are creating a new piece technology from scratch right here in the United States.  When creating a new piece of technology, stages of production do not always go according to plan.

 

Our initial release date was set incredibly aggressive.  It is extremely hard at giving an accurate estimate as issues can always arise.  All orders will now ship to Spring 2017.  We will get KANOA out by this timeframe, as we are approaching the final stages before mass production.
