Kaotic Von beauty bar Pop up shop, KV KV BEAUTY BAR RIP OFF Tampa Florida

 This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever experienced. Since I placed my order on the butt enhancement pop up shop it has been nothing but a headache. They make you pay half up front . (DON'T DO IT) Every since i paid my money it has been nothing but a constant reminder of how UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAPOLOGETIC this company is.. (I wish I would of canceled with the first RED FLAG. But I tried to be nice and give them a chance since I support black businesses. ) I have been called several times leading up to today to reschedule my appointment. And the times they had me scheduled for were still wrong. They even texted me 4hrs before I was scheduled and said they were "running late 20-30 mins." So I arrived early and no sooner than I pulled into the Embassy suits In Cleveland OH for their pop up shop did they call me again to reschedule. The person I spoke with Marvett was very RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC, AND ARGUMENTATIVE. She began getting loud and stated that this was not they're fault that the "Airlines broke the equipment" which I DO NOT BELIEVE. so at that point I ask for a refund and she said "WE DON'T DO REFUNDS" Which at this point I'm flabbergasted because I didnt rexeive anything that stated No Refunds. They go thru great lengths to tell you that if you are 10 mins late your appointment will be canceled and you still have to pay, also you must give them a 48 hrs notice to cancel which they will also charge you for. However, they can't even GAURANTEE or DELIVER WHAT THE PROMISE. My issue was the BOLD FACE LIES that were told. "If" the equipment was broken how is it all of a sudden going to work later in the day? "If that was the issue why did you guys text me this morning and say you running behind 30 mins ? And why were my appointments constantly changed from day one???? From the gate I saw the RED FLAGS and ignored them. DONT IGNORE THE RED FLAFS AND END UP OUT OF MONEY AND DISSAPPOONTED LIKE I DID. There were NO APOLOGIES, NO ANSWERS , NO DISCOUNT. THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. THIS COMPANY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL CEASE ALL CONTACT WITH YOU AND BLOCK YOU FROM SOCIAL MEDIA.
