Karate America Jacksonville Florida promise me a 30-day trial for karate for my six year old. ruined my credit for 12 for 15 years JACKSONVILLE Florida

 I brought my six-year-old son to see if he would like karate. when I declined the several years of plans I was promised a 30-day trial. however somehow the details on something changed. after quitting the trial because my son was not interested I tried again at another Karate America. the manager of the first Karate America called and let the newer Karate America that was closer to us you know we were coming and promise to transfer the last couple weeks over. This did not happen. However I paid the fees for the new Karate America. I did this for several months on their plan. we continued and finally my son was tired of karate. like any six-year-old he change his mind as I suspected he would When the several year contract was offered at the first Karate America. month after a cancellation at II office I was contacted by collectors who stated that I owed the first Karate America several thousand dollars. I thought about you until I spoke to the lady at Karate America. she was at the billing office. I called the original manager who had promised this would not happen. each time I spoke to him he said he would fix the situation. each time I got new calls I was reassured by a lady named Costco that nothing would fix this and it would continue to be on my credit report until I paid the new $5,000 bill. I asked that I have office space in her building because that amount of money is not for a child's karate trial. It is not for an education in karate. now my credit report consist of several reports of between four and $8,000 effectively destroying my credit. this has cost me in many ways.

I am interested in restitution as well as having these frauds remove this from my credit bureau report. I am assured by the many accounts on the internet that this is something that you all the time and get away with because they are a large company. they hit the little guy because they can get away with it Kama because they know we can't all afford lawyers to come after them. and sometimes I assume people take out loans to remove these detrimental live from their Credit Bureau reports so they could buy homes and cars.this is not capitalism it is theft. this company has sold no Goods This company has given no service for the money it claims to be owed. it is like a Ponzi scheme where I can buy seats on an invisible airplane. but because there is no pyramid underneath it just a big bully called Karate America they're allowed to get away with it.
