This has gotten so confusing - so now there are multiple people going to jail for stalking Kris and slandering her pristine reputation?  Did I not count correctly or are there about a dozen people Kris is now accusing of stalking and harassing her? 

If you read this from the first post to now, Kris claims several people got together and worked up a plan from all over the country to go to Oregon to steal a horse and now even more people are jumping on the band wagon pointing out Kris's less than stellar reputation? 

What am I missing?  Is this horse amazing or something?  Why are all these people who don't even live in the same state accused of stealing a horse together and then getting local boarding facilities in Oregon to say that Kris doesn't pay her bills?  You had me in the beginning but now, this just makes no sense.

As much as I really like seeing Kris called out for unsavory doings, has anyone called the police about this horse because they have a police report on file but NO charges attached. 

I know that for everyone named, it sucks having your name attached to terrible rumors and hurtful things that have been said about you or you and your business.  But, I promise you Kris won't let up; for every truth you put out there, she will have at least three lies already made up in her head to come back at you with.  I'm sure you have all been Facebooking or calling each other since obviously you are called out by name on here and can easily find each other on the internet.  Don't you all see a re-occurring pattern here?  Kris will never leave you alone until you say that she is right and that she is an amazing horse trainer and mom and that she is the second coming of Jesus.  She literally lives for this drama and she has a little team made of her fake profiles, her kids and her mother, (have any of you not been ambushed on the phone by Dixie?), that live day in and day out to prove that they are righteous and not lying.  I mean how many more hours are you all going to dedicate your brain power to this mess?

She will not stop Facebook messaging you from fake profiles, calling you from blocked numbers, posting on here, messaging your Facebook friends, emailing you, whatever else she is doing to bother you - she won't stop because she has it in her head that she is right.

You can go to court, win a judgment against Kris, post the judgment publicly and that still won't stop her.  In her head she is heading down the righteous path and you all are monsters and that's the way it is just always going to be.  Every time you think she is leaving you alone, she's not and a Facebook post is up somewhere slandering you or a private message has been sent to someone saying you are a thief, a murderer, whatever else Kris can make up or see on TV to spit back out as an accusation the next day.

I am sure you have all passed around her history and you've all called boarding stables or horse people that claim she's done them wrong but unless you or any of them will take her to court, what's the point of all this jabbering back and forth?  Even if you take her to court, you'll be out the court fees, and the time and aggravation aren't worth it.  Maybe you can even win a judgment for damages that will never get paid as well.  This whole string of posts is proof, you can put up LEGAL filings and LEGAL & PUBLIC records and she just doesn't stop so it really becomes how much spare time do you have to mess with this?

commendations from other trainers, and have shelf fulls of sportsmanship and trainers awards, so your comments allthough

The " yelling" is us telling our horses how beautiful and amazing they look when they get turned out and blow, snort and

As for getting arrested once again, from 12 YEARS ago.

Yes I made a court date to show up, I missed Novembers and spoke to the clerk as to why. My attorney, myself

and the Judge all made a date of January 2, 2018 to turn myself in.

On December 20, 2017 there was an officer parked outside my boarding stable, I made the committment-even though

I knew it meant transport and jail time, to turn myself in. See? I take responsiblity for my actions. I was totally honest

with the staff and the officer, despite the fact I knew idiots like you would lie about it.

The fact is I spent 4 days in jail, came home, charges done.

My horses are sweet and kind, from our care, we got them abused, neglected, beaten and abandoned.

And my guess is, YOU are Anna Lowden, a little 2 faced coward that lies to everyone to their face and talks crap behind their

Thank you for granting permission to contact the facilities you boarded your horses with, Kristine. I did reach out to the boarding facilities you provided below, and you know what, they don't seem to agree with your claims. They do not recommend you as a boarder. Some of the dates are even inaccurate, which shouldn’t be the case if you have all your paperwork and receipts. Additionally, you seem to be missing some facilities on that list... a nice gentleman's facility in Eagle Point, OR is a great example. Where you left without signing paperwork and without paying board in November 2017. Guess you thought no one would know about that one though.

You keep crying for 'proof' (or shut up). I’m assuming these two situations are preventing this, let’s explore both and see how they aid you in your scams:

1) Boarding managers never got your signed boarding contracts. Might not be the case at all of the facilities, but it is a trend.
-No 'proof' you were ever there
-No 'proof' how much you agreed to pay (and then didn’t)
-No 'proof' what alias you used 
-No ability to hold you accountable unless they jump on the situation before it spirals out of control
2) No police reports have been filed
-Provided the cops were lucky enough to get factual information from the victim, how on earth are they supposed to track you down? Seems you don’t stay in one location for more than a couple months...
-Some flat out refuse to pursue legal action against you, though admit having qualms 
- Folks are so glad to be rid of you, they prefer to cut their losses (I suspect this is what you 'bank' on)
-You're so slippery, you move on quickly either to another unsuspecting facility or hide at public parks/fairgrounds. Rather discouraging and an even bigger waste of money to try to track you down and serve you with papers 
-If charged, they know you’ll be out again as these civil matters are not high on the priority list in our jails. Our legal system is flawed, and you know you how to use that to your advantage

Another thing that keeps popping up in the back of my mind… You were arrested in November on a felony warrant out of Coos County, lodged in Josephine County. Released with a court date for the end of November. You skipped your court date. Mid December rolls around and when you were arguing with folks on Ripoff Report/Facebook/who knows where else, you made claims that the cops weren’t looking for you. What? Ok, fine. I’ll let that one go. But a few days later you were arrested in Jackson County, transported, held for your hearing, and sentenced (yeah, yeah, I know, you only served ½ of your 10-day sentence and we should ‘get over ourselves lolol’). When you were released, you jumped online and said you turned yourself in. BOLOGNA! Not resisting and turning yourself in are two completely different things, by the way.  

You are hiding behind petty crimes, yes, but they are crimes nonetheless. Leaving a bad taste in the mouths of honest, hardworking boarding managers. Causing unnecessary stress to those you cross paths with. The people you have scammed or ripped off have great reputations. Something you try to claim for yourself but I have yet to speak to anyone who can add positive character value to your name. 

I like how you throw religion in your comments. Like a cloak, a safety net, a way to make you appear to be the better person in all of this. Do you think that will make folks believe your side of the story? Just because it’s your truth, Kristine, doesn’t make it true.

I personally witnessed what transpired between Kristine and a boarding facility in Oregon. I’ll start by saying, with 17 years of experience in the horse industry, I have never seen someone go to such lengths to avoid/conceal/hide information or documents. I was with the manager through the entire ordeal, who was absolutely devastated that they allowed such a nightmare to occur on their property. Watching her horses get groomed and exercised was painful to watch. Train wreck waiting to happen. Lots of yelling, cracking whips excessively, took two people to lead them around, poor horsemanship in my eyes. If you are the trainer you claim to be, I’d love to speak with your clients and see how they feel about their horse’s progress. I heard her speak on the phone, trying to talk her way around paying board, signing contracts, trying to pass blame onto management, and just putting off the inevitable longer and longer. Such a simple request, sign papers and pay please. When she was on the property caring for her horses, she was withdrawn and never greeted anyone, no waving, hardly any eye contact... Makes sense in hindsight. Partial payment was received when the horses left, but it was far from being paid IN FULL.

Skipping on board is one thing, but what gets me is you wrapping up your horses in all of this. They are sweet, friendly animals, and I feel bad for them bouncing barn to barn.

Dang, I tried to keep this short and sweet, but your type really gets under my skin. Our horse community it tight knit, we communicate, not gossip or slander. We share our personal experiences, the truth, which is LEGAL. The things I have witnessed make it easy for me to believe other’s encounters. We can forewarn our friends, help protect fellow businessmen. Seems like you like to have the last word, so I know this isn’t going to shut you down, stop you, or even discourage you. I expect the exact opposite. But I’ve been keeping my head down for too many months.

I hope others find the time to share their personal experiences here. Oh, and call those references if you have any doubt, get it straight from the horse’s mouth.

 I don't know if Rhea Turner is a good person or not. I know a PROFESSIONAL person would have contacted me about City - Which was sneak onto the property and leave a NOTE. What I am doing is defending myself from a woman who won't own up to what she has started and done. When Rhea could no longer prove she had not done these things, she tried to say I stole tack, horses and conned people with no proof, no harassment orders,nothing more than her word and a mug shot of me, and a charge from 12 years ago. I turned myself in and served 4 entire days in jail. There is nothing else, she continues to state I con people with no proof other than her speaking about it. Yes Rhea, my life is good and happy and what you have done and continue to do to me and my family will end. You had your junior riders attack my daughter on line and cyber bully her. Everything you have done is illegal- and although the legal system is slow you left a paper trail miles long.

I think it's important that this Rip Off Report be used for something positive rather than just a platform for lies and slander.  The horse industry unfortunately does have its fair share of conartists looking to get over on hard working people.  There are several reasons why the horse industry is a market primed with people who find themselves to be the victim of scams.  I hope that these tips help others be safer and smarter in their future dealings.

Here are some soft spots where conartists can slip in and some suggestions on how to avoid them :

1.  Boarding contracts and incoming paperwork.  Do not let a horse be unloaded on your property without a completely filled out and signed boarding contract.  Ask for valid government issued ID from the person looking to board with you; verify that the name on their ID matches the name on their boarding contract (driver's license, passport, state ID card).  Check their address, is it local?  If their address is not local, ask how long they have been in the area, can they provide proof of address with a utility bill or rent bill? 

Require a current coggins before a horse is unloaded - require a hard copy.  NO COGGINS, no boarding.

On your boarding contract ask for references from a vet, farrier, other horse professionals in your area.  CHECK REFERENCES!  Find out where they boarded before and ask them why they left; call the place and ask the boarding facility why the person left.  Sometimes there is a disagreement between the parties on why the person left but if you hear things like non-payment, caused trouble, things went missing; walk away.

If you check references and past boarding history after a person has already unloaded at your farm, you may be stuck for at least that month with them there which is why I'd suggest an application to board.  Similar to your boarding contract but it allows you to look into a person and see if they are a good fit for your place before they are on site.  If someone is looking for a place to board they should be fine applying for a spot at your place and then filling out a contract once they are accepted to board with you.

If someone is all in a rush to move their horses to your place and has to move TODAY! RED FLAG!  If the person believes they or their horse is in danger and insists that is why they need to move immediately, tell them that they should call the local police and speak with them about their bad/dangerous situation.

Make sure that your boarding contract is in line with your state's laws on boarding.  Review your boarding contract and adjust as necessary.  What passed for a boarding contract 10 years ago is often not valid in today's world.

The idea of a boarding application sounds very out there to many horse people but it is the best way to head problems off with boarders before they even happen.

2.  Payments for boarding.  More and more barns seem to be taking credit card and PayPal payments for board.  Look into offering these services on the grounds of what protections are offered to you, the business offering the boarding.  PayPal for instance, allows someone to pay you today and pull back that money at their wish and the burden of proof to get your money back is on you not the boarder.  This means they can pay for months via PayPal and then leave your place and pull back all that money.   Credit card payments can also be disputed by the card holder tying up money owed to you for services after they have been received.  It might sound archaic but bank certified checks and money orders are still solid ways to get paid; personal checks, if you have their address and photo ID information should also be okay.

3.  Leases.  If you are leasing a horse to someone or you are the person leasing a horse from another party, have an ironclad lease agreement.  Require it be notarized by both parties entering into the agreement.  This also creates a situation where a person cannot lease a horse under a fake name, the notary will sign for the name listed on the photo ID provided to them at the time of the signature.  Most banks offer notary services for free to their customers. 

Consider every situation you can imagine into your lease agreement.  You can hire a lawyer to write your lease or create your own by making a compellation from lease templates you find online.

Cover everything from where the horse is to be boarded, conditions on moving the horse, major medical decisions, allowance to show, etcetera.  Think outside the box and the more clauses the better.  Write down specifically your requirements for care of the horse while it is leased, included daily amounts of feed required, vaccines, farrier appointments. 

It is very important to list the reasons you the owner of the horse can break the lease without threat of lawsuit by the person leasing your horse.  List lack of proper care, lack of vetting, movement of the horse to unapproved location, things of this sort.

Put a clause in your lease that allows you to do welfare checks on the horse you have leased out. 

Look into the person leasing your horse!  With the internet the way that it is now bringing us closer no matter the distance, it's not someone down the street looking to lease your horse, it could be someone from states away.  GET a background check on the person looking to lease your horse!  If you care about your horse and its future heath, find out if the person looking to lease your horse is someone you can trust on paper.    PAY for a good background check!  You are trusting someone you don't know with your horse!  Be informed on who will have your horse in their possession!   There are several online background check companies that are very reputable. 

4.  Inform local horse people.  If you have been the victim of a scam, inform other local horse people.  Tell other barns, tell vets, tell farriers, tell the local feed store; tell everyone you can.   DO NOT be embarrassed that you fell for a scam; remember these conartists do this for a living, they know how to target you and work you.  Share your story to warn others in our local industry and prevent them from also becoming victims. 

5.  Whether you are a vet, farrier, boarding facility, hauler or trainer - do not fall for the top ways that conartists get us to let them in or give them free care.  Do not fall for sob stories.  If someone tries to get around a boarding contract requirement by filling your ears with a sob story, RED FLAG.  Do not fall for the I'm moving and will catch up with you with my new address and / or boarding paperwork.  Collect payment on the spot for services if the person is a new customer.  People who work scams for a living know how to target our emotions to get us to overlook paperwork or upfront payment requirements. 

6.  If you have been the victim of a scam, do not sit back and just say oh well, I guess I learned a lesson, this just encourages those scamming to go and pull another scam.  FILE a police report.  You should legally go further than a police report as anyone can just file a police report accusing another party of anything.  People file false police reports every day.   File a civil suit against the person.  It is our lack of doing this and creating a paper trail that has let repeat offenders skate and continue scamming others in our community.  You likely will not get your money back but you will have proof that this person did steal or scam you in a judgment against them.   Judgments against a conartist help create more public records against them showing a pattern of activity that will show up on background reports and to law enforcement.  Also, if the person who scammed you slanders you publically or privately, you have a court document you can publicly post and share showing that you were awarded a judgment against them.  You cannot stop rumors but you can greet them with your legal documentation. 

7.  Know your local laws.  Know any laws pertaining to boarding contracts.  Learn the laws on equine abandonment.  Know how liens work.  Learn what rights you have to keep animals or equipment if someone owes you money.  Learn how your local law enforcement can help you if you are a victim of a scam.

 We must give thanks for a peaceful Christmas while Kristine was locked up. No hassles ,no horses at risk that we know about. She was arrested on 3 counts and bail was 100,000 . Probably hard to make since she has failed multiple times to show up, only a fool would take the gamble. These are the same ones in force when they denied there was any on Dec 16th and again on Dec 18th but Government documents from Dec 20th Are a continual proof she lies. We will all wait to see who she gets next not a matter of if but when. With ongoing documents from multiple states and different aliases she has a proven Track record . We moved into Pioneer Stables over a year after horses were left there by a former rescue organization. So your statements are not only grossly innaccurate, they are unfounded, untrue and dont even have anything to do with me! The owner of Pioneer Stables is the man who has video of Rhea Turner removing the mare from the barn and tresspassing onto his property, he purchased the property in December of 2015, we moved in in February of 2016 and just so we are all clear- our board was once again paid in advance in full- Rhea, Anise, Katie, Diana and Nikki. One time bouncing a check, paid for said check and we hear " she doesnt pay her board" what a crock of crap.

I have called Animal Control in Albany/Lebanon they stated they never told you anything about me, that they were here to investigate a call about abuse. You went on and on about me. By law, they are NEVER allowed to tell who called and made a report, oh and they dont " verfiy warrants" because officers cannot run warrants without cause or possible detainment. I know this because the Animal Control Officer verfied it with me.

What you have done is look up the history of the address in Halsey, then claim it to be me. Knowing this, and your obvious lack of intelligence I will be happy to serve you with court papers. I have several witnessess that also state you owe them money and will add that to my civil claim.

The only foal we have had in the last 4 years is now 4 years old and in excellent condition.

Luie lost weight in our care and then FINALLY after a month ate hay, he was not on pasture, he was in a very nice 12x12 stall ( evidence in pictures)nor were any of our horses. Sandy was told in several text messages that Luie was having issues settling in and eating hay to which she responsed she " was not surprised" Luie went thru grain withdrawls and serious " horse buddy syndrom " and had problems concentrating on anything but pacing and screaming.

He was obviously used to very little work, alot of bad feed and being ignored.

Our horses were turned out in pasture and have never, ever gone without hay, water or shelter.

YOU starved a mare, sent her to a trainer in Lebanon, ( Julie Bittner) and I spoke with her for several hours on the phone.

She told me Sandy ( your wife) had a Paint mare that was " crazy" she was sent to Julies for training along with Luie. She also stated Luie was a very hard keeper and only wanted to eat grain. The mare arrived with an abcess so horrible in her foot that she had to stay at OSU for over a week. It took Julie a YEAR to get this mare healhty. Julie stated that the mare was never " crazy" just only ever fed grain and ignored ( sounds familar)

She verified that both you and your wife are crazy ( as witnessed by this post) no nothing about horses, and treat them as " big pets" Sandy rode Luie a total of two times, lied about his training, his personality, his care. She is known as a timid rider and cannot handle any of the horses she owns.

I asked for vet, dental and farrier records and was denied all.

I requested training history of this horse and past insurance for my Underwriters, all denied.

When the horse was insured you wanted him covered for more, and my insurance company cancelled calling your behavior " very suspicious".I then had to pay a higher premium because you gave the insurance company reason to believe you did not have the horses best interest in mind.

I called animal control after you came and got Luie as his teeth were rotting, you have no current dental records and his feet were incredibly damaged.He had the same shoes on from August 2016 when he was in training at Julie Bittners and you lied about that as well.

We have witnesses to the outstanding care he was given by dozens of peoplee.

The barn I had in Brookings sold and is very much a barn and training facility. I sent Sandy pictures and video of Luie in Grants Pass, a week later later you posted " Stolen horse " flyers- a stolen horse where you know his location, have pictures and video? Not to mention a VALID AND CURRENT LEASE!!HMMM The flyer stated " I foolishy gave Kristine a copy of his Registration papers" WHaT? You can get a copy of any horses registration papers on the ASHA website, and lets NOTE I HAVE NEVER STOLEN A HORSE. A copy of papers does not verify ownership.

Two days later you pulled into the Fairgrounds and ran around and loaded up Luie. FUNNY when you knew I was in California!!  interesting how much better he looked, he was eating well, gaining muscle and not in soft or grain bellied condition. His stall was clean, deeply bedded and he had a full hay bag ( as always) This was all verified by the Farigrounds staff, boarders, and personal on grounds. They called as you were loading up Luie and I wasnt surprised given your history with other trainers.

So....please explain your personal " victimization"

Sometimes, God has a way of showing you very specific things. It has been pointed out to me three times in the last 24 hours, once by someone who betrayed me, once by a stranger, and once by my mother. Since I believe all things happen in three's and that it is NEVER a coincidence I am going to make this post public.

" When you give love, you receive love in return, love always comes back" This is very true. And I read it once on this site addressed to my daughter, today on a call from work from a stranger, and randomly from my Mom this evening.

I wrote on my own Facebook account 7 years ago, to; " choose to forgive and not hate, by hating, you give anyone power over you, choose to forgive"

The fact is we leased City and I paid for that shipping as well as every other shipper Ive ever used.

The fact is we were living in Michigan, sent you numerous videos and pictures of City all of which were well recieved.

The fact is, we made you aware of our intention to move to Oregon in June of 2016, stating that we would either pay for City

to be moved back to Indiana, or ask that we purchase her. By August, you decided to go through with the sale.

We then went 4 MONTHS of waiting for your husband, your attorney and you to send a sale contract. Finally November

16, 2016, the sale contract was processed and the previous lease agreement was null and void. This was agreed by all parties

including Nikki Benner Thompson and Katie Isbell.

The fact is a cashiers check was sent to the address you requested, signed for and cashed.

The fact is the day after that check was cashed Rhea Turner tresspassed onto private property and removed a horse that did not

belong to her. 

The fact is we filed a report with the Linn County Sheriffs office who has video of the event, witness statement and your so called

notorized affidavit which is a complete joke.

The fact is this so called KIND WOMAN then went on Facebook and bashed me, my mother, my father,my grandmother any of my friends, 

and my horses.

The fact is we have screen shots of all this activity, it was horrific, childish and grotesque.

Worst of all, Rhea Turner had her family and junior riders make comments, none of these people even

know me or my mother.

How dare you state Rhea Turner was just doing a job?

Rhea Turner contacted you when she found out City was a leased horse

Rhea Turner took it upon herself to be unethical, unprofessional and spread lies about my Mothers past that had nothing to do with this

incident. Rhea Turner stole City out of our barn.

The professional thing to do would have been for you to contact us and ask what was going on when you heard from Rhea Turner, you

didnt. You saw this as an opportunity to gain more money for yourself and make yourself look like a victim.

You knew my mother and myself for over a year and never questioned City's care, if fact you told us she was much happier, better off and 

needed a job. I spent hours gaining her trust, loving her, riding her, playing with her, making sure she had a special diet for her feet and 

healing her. You and Rhea Turner took that away from City and me with your evil act.

I told you numerous times about the bond I have with City and I never even got to tell her goodbye.

The first chance you got that Rhea Turner called and told you something wasnt right, you should have questioned us and we would have told

you a check bounced, we had fraud on our business account but we were clearing it up.

We always kept in communication with you and Katie.

The fact is Rhea Turner should have called and stated she was hired to pick up City, she didnt, she stalked us, then snuck onto the farm and

loaded City as quickly as she could, she then peeled off out of the driveway and had someone else close the gates.

The facts are, we did not break the lease, the lease was relinquised and void in November 2016.

The facts are since you eluded to a statement with your condesending tone, we are not hiding from anyone,

unlike you are hiding City Diane, and having her hide by Rhea Turner and her friends.

My mothers past has zero to do with your indisrections and handling of this sale.

And a word about shippers-they dont load or unload your horses until you pay them, so you can stop with that lie.

And a word about boarding, you cannot leave a facility without paying board in full, so you can stop with that lie as well.

So now, you are stuck with paying what you owe for breech of contract, or relinquishing the horse.

We have a lien on Kalarama's Hot City Girl, it doesnt expire until you pay or give her back. The lien is filed with the 

Oregon State Secretary of State and is on file with the American Saddlebred Horse Association.

Katie Isbel and Nikki Benner Thompson both recieved copies. They have ignored them.

I also sent the lien information, the demands for pay or quit, and the court dates to all three of your addresses

and to your email, ALL were ignored.

I am Diana, mother of Katie who co-owns Kalarama's Hot City Girl.  First of all I would like to mention that I despise even taking part in this ridiculous circus of posts but I will post one time and one time only as I feel it is important for all interested or who may come across this report and have any question about Rhea Turner's involvement to hear from me what happened.  City was under a "free performance lease" from february 2016 to february 2017.  We live in Indiana and City was leased and taken to Michigan in February 2016.  By July 2016 we were notified by the lessees that they were moving to Oregon and would like to take City with them.  We were not happy about the idea but had no provision in the lease to legally prevent it so we allowed them to re-locate with her.  It was, in fact, our intention to sell City to the lessees and we agreed upon a price in late August of 2016.  The purchase agreement was drafted by our attorney in November 2016, signed by Katie and delivered to the lessees with instruction for execution.  That is where it stopped.  The purchase agreement was not executed, payment for the horse was not received and as the date of termination of the lease approached I began to inquire as to the location of the horse so that we could arrange for transport at the end of the lease term.  This inquiry was not well received by the lessees and I began to realize that the horse was not in the location where I had been told she was.  We were nothing but fortunate being thousands of miles away in Indiana that we were actually able to locate City about a week before the lease was set to expire February 15 2017.  We hired Rhea Turner, owner of Kardia Equestrian to pick the horse up for us.  She was paid to do a job.  The police were notified ealry in the morning before we went in to Pioneer Stables to load City and called us later that morning to confirm that we had the horse in our possession.  The police were provided with contact information if they needed  to speak with us any further.  The lessees were forwarded a notarized Affidavit to terminate the lease and rescind the offer to purchase on that same morning.  As of this writing we are still awaiting any "Court documents" or Attorney Contact" as discussed so many times in these reports.  We are still at the same address....for 23 years now.  We are not hard to find if anyone has any questions or papers they need to serve.  Best regards, Diana

Im so sorry that your mother has not told you the truth. No kind human being would ever take a horse from a young girl. But she never paid for the horse, nor did she pay board at the facility the horse was kept at, nor did she pay the horse shipper, nor did she simply follow the rules of the Lease Agreement. When the lease agreement was up. She was taken to her legal home by her legal owner. Simply legally. Im so sorry that you are being told the truth. 

The second part of this message might take you by surprise. But the more you post these rants online... the police, bill collectors, boarding faciliites, horse haulers and other people can find you. The viewers that see your rants also don't want to be associated or do buisiness with people that steal, rant online and not pay bills. Its up to you to make the change. You will be better for it.

So Kalarama's Hot City Girl is " at home and happy with her legal owners" Oh ok, well when I went out to the barn this morning I didnt see her.

And my personal favorite, breeching contract, and thinking you keep the purchase money, the horse, and all the incurred bills for her over the last year.You are sadly mistaken and delusional.

If you are trying to state, we didnt pay for Kalarama's Hot City Girl, you breeched the contract, and owe us about $27,000. If you are trying to keep the money paid for the horse, had her stolen and will not respond or refund the money we are out, or the horse, that is not only theft but fraud as well.

I just love the fact that the author of this post is Kalarama's Hot City Girl because City would want to be home with us. Diana, Nikki and Katie, ignored this poor mare for years and had nothing to do with her ( Nikki Thompson's own emails and statements) Caused her to founder, need a special diet to be healty and generally did the entire : well I just want to say I own her so someone else cant have her.

And now, shes happy? love to see that, and not pictures from seven or eight years ago. But please do post pictures of Happy City, transportation of a stolen horse across state lines is a felony act. 

Kalarama's Hot City Girl is happy at home and well with her legal owner.  

Well lets clear the air:

Frst off, yes I went to jail - I was transported to Coos County for a charge from 2006 ( yes 2006) then booked and released because the charge notonly was not serious, it was done in under 3 days. So much for your theories about me and the breaking the law- again 2006- nothing to do with you, Louie, or anything in this transaction.

Second: I have been married once under the name Mason, and my maiden name is Hughey, everything else, Cheyanna ( my daughters name) Lynn ( my middle name) and anything else you can make up is a total lie. I was also the victim of identity theft in 2011 and 2014 and I would not be surprised if someone like you and Sandra were people that do that kind of thing. THe idenity theft is well documented, but go ahead, keep making your little redneck, uneducated based statements.

Third: Kalarama's City Girl was stolen from my barn on February 15, 2017. Period. A police report and civil suit have been filed, Since Rhea Turner and her little tribe of idiots keep City hidden, you have to wonder why, if they have done nothing wrong. City was leased with purchase option, we paid for her and she was taken the day after the former owners cashed the check, so much for more of your complete and total false accusations. Ive never stolen a horse in my life, nor would I ever, only a true paranoid person with something to hide, would make such a fake claim.

Last and most important: A Turner Classic:

I legally and contractully leased A Turner Classic ( aka Louie). Signed for in the Swenson house ( thats up for sale, big surprise)

ASHA also has the lease document of A Turner Classic ( kinda hard to prove theft at this point)

Louie was trailer out from your property, with Sandra helping to load and standing by as we left ( thats some weird theft)

You were kept in constant communication with me about Louie.( horse theives do that?)

Pictures, emails and texts and phone calls. This horse was leased for a year, not in training, leased.

The Swensons are not the brighest of people so they dont understand the difference

I expressed my concern that this horse not only refused to eat, but that he was eating in pain. I began to ask for health records so that my vet could see if there were some other issues we had missed, never got any.

He went thru sugar highs and then withdrawls when we cut off his grain, and refused to eat three different kinds of hay, about a month after we had him Louie finally began eating- this too, is all well documented and witnessed by other boarders. By your own admission, Louie had not had his teeth done in over two years or more, was in extremely soft conditon and a very very nervous hauler. You also stated the only training or work he had ever had was with McReynolds Arabians.

Well, lies lies and more lies.

Julie Bittner stated that not only was Sandra Swenson a very timid rider, but a total crazy person that she had never done a thing wrong too. They had Louie in training at their barn for nearly a year as well as your mare, Valentine. You also had a Paint mare that you claimed was a " horse from hell". That Paint mare came to Julie's with nails in her feet from old shoes being left on, and spent over a week at OSU for the abcess and infection in that foot. Julie now owns that Paint mare, it only took her 14 months to get her teeth, feet and weight healthy.

Louie is an extremely nevous hauler. sweats out, shakes, stomps and paws, bucks etc. Julie and McReynolds Arabians both stated the same Not only that, McReynolds Arabians was shocked Louie was for lease, and according to documents, had been up for lease everywhere since February of 2017 after ending training with Julie Bittner in December of 2016 ( hmmmmmm).

Louie came to us with rotting teeth, and oh guess what? Nails in his feet. Julie Bittner stated the shoes that Louie were wearing were put on in December of 2016. 

I continually asked for vet and farrier records for Louie, after three vet visits and two farrier trims, denied. ( they dont exsist)

I continually asked for a vaild address since mail sent was returned. ( wonder why?)

I emailed the new address for Louie in Grants Pass, and the next day included pictures of Louie with my daughter and pictures of nails in his feet ( buried for over a year according to my farrier)and pictures of his teeth.

Once those pictures were acknowleded by you, you posted flyers about Louie being stolen. Guess you didnt want to get caught with abuse of another horse did you? So you came up with lies about him being stolen and " trying to be sold"

But here is the best part.

Sandra was obessed with Louies insurance, so much so that she caused my premium to go up my almost $700. Sandra demanded the insurance companies name which she was given and after speaking to her the insurance company dropped Louie stating that " they would not insure Louie based on the conversation that they had with Sandra Swenson, and that there were numerous red flags in her statement that caused them concern for the horses well being and care"

Need I go on? Sure.

After Louie was insured with another company at a higher rate, Sandra insisted I send her the certificate, even though the lease legally states I am liable for anything that happens to the horse, she also set his value ( for an unshown gelding, age 14) at $8,000 and wanted him insured for triple that. The insurance company had him insured for $15,000 in total for evertything. Insurance companyu sent her the information and that he was covered with her named as the benificary, not only that, they have the address of the horse in Grants Pass which Sandra also acknowledged to them as well as to me. And Sandra was not happy about " only $15,000" again, I would be liable for any other monies ( hmmmmmm)

Sandra was informed the insurance company keeps the certificate in case something happens to Louie so that they are billed. ( she was livid)

And now we are up to date with the Swensons getting real close to commintting insurance fraud, and guess what? Shes about to be investigated.

Last Saturday (11/04)while I was out of town, Sandra and her husband ( the grammer challenged man writing most of this crap) and their daughter, sped onto the location at the farigrounds where Louie was, pulled him out of the stall ( pictures show deep shavings, plenty of water and excellent food in his stall-nothing like his safe home (insert disgust here) In front of six witnesses and a video camera.

When Sandra was questioned she stated she was the legal owner and taking him back.

A note was left, no phone call, no text etc, stating he had been repossessed, well I would have to own him,for repossesion which I didnt and never claimed to.

The note stated he was repossessed due to my previous address not exsisting, even though the owners at that property called me to say that the Swensons showed up on their property.

Sandra Swenson also visited the Grants Pass office who contacted me and told me that a crazy woman was spouting off crap about my leased horse. ( see everyone knew he was leased )

So I have numerous equine dentist, farrier, feed, board, hauling and training bills for Louie, not to mention:

The photos, evidence and witness statements of Louie have been sent to my attorney who will be contacting your (lol) attorney on Monday.

The whole world is wrong? Funny because you know nothing about what happened with City, ( you know they say about people that assume) and have lied about and posted nothing but lies about me. That is called Slander ( I know big word for you) the defination of which means you cannnot publicy state blantent lies about someone in an attempe to defraud their persona, business or charactor. 

That means you are not have you broken the law, but continue to do so and gee, since Im such a criminal wouldnt I know?

Sandra and your equally crazy husband. We have numerous people involved with Louie before I leased him and numerous after who will testify as to how bad your care of him was when I got him, and to what type of people you are.

I was just going to get my money back from small claims, but since you attacked me personally and continue to lie about me, you advanced this to civil and criminal status.

Its digusting and sad that Louie has to live in such a state. Im sure he will pass away of either choke or colic given what you feed him and how little you know about nuturtion and how little exersize he gets (zero).

You have no case Sandra, but you have lied, threatened me and my daughter, and continue to abuse a horse that doesnt deserve it.

 After seeing so much turmoil on the net all centered around Kristine Hughey and Mason and many more aliases only one thing can be said . She's the common denominator to everyone's grief. Unfortunately you have to throw out the bad apples so the rest don't spoil . Hopefully she will serve some time and spare others at least while she's in. I think those jail house blues look good on her. I think if we all keep an eye on her we might help her down the right path yup yup

Lets start off with the actual HORSE matter pointed out here (because ONCE AGAIN, Kristine's legal battles have not and do not have ANYTHING to do with the fact that in the eyes of ASHA, UPHA and the Lynn County Police Department, Rhea Turner, Nikki Benner and both the Isbell's STOLE Kalarama's Hot City Girl.)

A Turner Classic was leased to Kristine and her daughter Samantha (a month?) ago. He was thin,  had rotting teeth from improper nutrition and nails (over a year old) grown over in the wall of his hooves (as well as the shoes he had on his front being pony size and for back feet.) He is, still, as of right now, registered as LEASED with Kristine on ASHA - so there goes that ridiculous STOLEN claim. 

His owner, Susie I belive, is very abusive - and I was there when Kristine contacted Louie's previous trainer about him and she stated multiple times that it was "a common thing" with her (Louie's owner) to have improper nutrition and nails growing in her horses feet. Kristine paid for multiple dental and farrier calls to come take care of Louie (As his teeth are ROTTING out of his head at 14) and the owner, even with photographic proof, refused to belive it. 

Kristine moved Louie from her then-rented barn in Brookings, OR - Yeah, it does exist. Big green barn right off the side of the road, can't miss it. Susie not only acknowledged this multiple times, she commented on it in emails. She also recived multiple up-to-date photos of Louie - including photos of the nails in his feet and his rotting teeth - whenever she asked and was in almost constant, obsessive contact with Kristine. So disappeared??? Rigghhhht. 

There is multiple accounts of people dealing with this woman, all saying the same thing about her i.e shes bat s*** crazy. 

Calling/posting whatever she did, saying that Louie was STOLEN is so ABSURD. I'm sure a lawyer will love that slander case. And how can the horse be STOLEN when his owner HAS HIM BACK? And where is the police on this exactly? Oh, right, theres none because Louie is NOT S T O L E N. 

And Animal Control has been called to do a welfare check on Louie based on the proof and evidence given of improper, abuisve care. So who's the "bad guy" here?? 

Jesus you people can't stop LYING NOW. 

Furthermore, you posting that on here is obviously just another attempt to prove that "I'VE IM THE RIGHT" "DON'T LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT HER" "I DIDN'T STEAL CITY, LOOK KRISTINE IS EVIL."

Moving on to Kristine's arrest, the case is from 2006. LOONG before she knew or dealt with any of you people and LONG before she and her daughter ever PURCHASED City Girl. 

So she's "going around commiting crimes" in a magic time machine? 

No. And once again, how is this relevant to you stealing City Girl. Oh, it's not. You're just grasping at straws. 

Her family and her were not even aware of the case - It's out of Coos Bay, dated 2006, and it is from when Kristine sold a horse (and the check she got as payment for the horse was hot - and US BANK puts blame on the account holder.) That's in their policy by the way, go ahed and look that up. 

Her release is tommorrow with a court date as well I believe, so your whole "SHE'S A BAD GUY. LOOK AT HER" thing is kind of put out on it's a*s, isn't it? 

Maybe just give the horse back to her owners before you make yourselves look even more like ridiculous children in court. Kay?

Kristine steals a horse!

3. The protection order aganist Anise Silvernail-Corcoran was filed in 2015 in Oakland County, Michigan, Anise continues to violate this order and hides all her whereabouts. Anise Silvernail Corcoran has a reputation in Michigan as one of the worst animal brokers in the state, check her listings with several animal shelters and trainers, she is literally blackballed.

4. The informaiton filed from a very old credit report does not site that I was the victim of identiy theft in 2011 and 2014, not only that, 90% of the information you posted is incorrect or complete lie. It is also aganist the law to post confidental information on the internet without my permisssion. That is internet fraud, so thank you for that. Ive already let the District Attorney know.

5. None of this has anything to do with Rhea Turner breaking the law and stealing a horse from two people she didnt even know and had one conversation with back in December of 2016 about boarding. I am sorry you are so insecure with your ability, weight, and self to render your actions as legal Rhea, especially since you consider yourself to be a Christian woman and a woman who helps children. Yet you stole a childs horse, a child that did nothing but love and rehabilitate this horse. the District Attorney has every single bit of information needed to move forward, like I said, count your blessings now.

6. We have filed a lien for the amount of $24,000 and some change aganist Katie Isbel and Nikki Benner, court will be in September. After the outcome of those proceedings, the District Attorney will file charges with the people responsible for the theft, tresspassing, and conspiracy to commit theft. Your are top of the list Rhea, if you think you got away with stealing my daughters horse, your in for a big shock, how will you bs your way out of that to your clients? Because your little fake world will come to an end and soon. Horse theft is a felony. And btw, stating I stole from you is comical. The report was filed in the county Kristine and Samantha were living in and the crime was committed in, additionally a follow up report was made by Captain Princeton. There are no lies, or mis representations in the stolen horse reports,  only more evidence as we found  where Kalarama's Hot City Girl is located, so does the Sheriff Department in Lane County,and in Shasta County.

We would like Kristine Hughey to produce copies of her police reports.  Additionally, we do not believe her claims of slander, stalking and PPO's being issued because she has not published copies.  We have called Linn County which her police report listed above is filed and Shasta County where her legal address is listed and we cannot find stalking orders, police reports or PPO's on the books.

We understand that PPO's can be hard to obtain if you are not the filing or receiving party so please produce copies of the PPO orders signged by a judge and please produce copies of the service receipts.  If the parties mentioned above and anyone else Kristine has listed as having orders against them were served with orders, there should be copies of the orders and receipt of the orders being served for Kristine Hughey to post.

Also, we believe that the bill of sale has yet to be produced on this horse.  Where is the documentation showing that Kristine Hughey or Sinderglass Saddlebreds actually owned this horse?  Where are the copies of the sale contract?

We have found a Facebook page saying that this horse is in Indiana safe and sound.  If we can find this page why can't the police find this page and claim the horse back if Kristine Hughey or Sinderglass Saddlebreds or anyone else actually owns this horse?  We actually found this page listing the horse's location posted on a page Kristine created on Facebook saying the horse was stolen.  Why can't the horse be claimed back by Kristine Hughey if rightful ownership exists?  It just all doesn't add up.

The more we read on this the more questions we have regarding Kristine's claims against this entire group of people.  The background checks contradicting so many of Kristine's statements really have to make you wonder why this Rip Off Report and Kristine's claims even exist.

It's odd that someone who says RIP OFF REPORT is not to be a trusted source of information and yet they post a complaint on this site?

I welcome the previous and current owners of the mare Quintessential to voice their story of this mare and how Kristine was involved with this mare.

Again, why is this important to the current Rip Off Report Kristine filed saying her mare was stolen; well can we make it any clearer?  Put the pieces together on this person and see that this claim of a mare being stolen is not the first situation like this in Kristine's very busy past activities.

We spent a lot of time doing some research the last few days and we hope that this can help Kristine Hughey get her facts straight and can also help anyone reading this get the true facts and dispel the many incorrect statements in Kristine Hughey's posts.

First, let's start here : The reason that Kristine Hughey's history is relevant to this stolen horse report is that it helps the reader get some background on the history of the person posting this report.  It helps to really show the reader the false and fraudulent activities of this report's poster, shedding light on how invalid this whole report is.

Again, why is this relevant to this case?  It seems you have a pattern of unsavory activities which does help point to the idea that this entire Rip Off Report is another one of your unacceptable activities.

The " court document" is from my filing against my ex-husband's, Shane Mason failure to pay child support and failure to comply with court ordered insurance . Yes I went to jail- for my ex-boyfriend falsely claiming I stole his credit card. He - my ex-boyfriend - was completely reimbursed by the card company who stated he first reported he " lost the card" but somehow, a month later, when we were no longer dating- I managed to get the card out of his wallet when I was over 400 miles away on the day he stated it was "charged" and/or "used." I then was sentenced, served 4 months and was acquitted of all charges -which is stated on the online files, something conveniently cropped out of your pictures. Furthermore, the reason you have to pay to print this "warrant" in Colorado is because it is an archived/old/finished, etc. case and no longer valid. I have no warrants anywhere in the United States or Overseas...but guess what? You still failed to address the issue in this Ripoff Report- the theft of Samantha M. Mason's horse, Kalarama's Hot City Girl This is the real story of why these people keep bringing up my jail time. We, Kristine, Samantha and Sinderglass Saddlebreds, legally own this horse - once again, registration papers due not count as proof of ownership, in both the courts eyes and judges - what does count as ownership, is all the paperwork we have. Board bills, feed bills, farrier bills, training costs, etc - is all considered legal ownership. And as the American Saddlebred Horse Association will tell you, registration papers are "just a recording and documentation forum for the bloodline of the American Saddlebred." I have all the documents of ownership of Kalarama's Hot City Girl, including the sale contract and most important, the copy of the certified check for the purchase price of $1750, mailed 02/15/17 to Diana Isbell - how are you going to explain that one exactly? By bringing up old, inactive cases (Standing Still for instance, is from 2009 - RipoffReport filed in 2011 - might I mention under questionable activities because it was never proved I “double sold” the horse, just speculated because this woman wanted her and couldn’t have her ... Kind of like Anise with my horse Chime.) Then trying to smear me as a bad person, "con artist" or my favorite "ex-con" (I've never been to prison, get your linguistics correct) this just shows how desperate you are to throw the attention off yourselves and your active felony theft of this horse.

The charges in Michigan have nothing to do with horses or this issue - neither does Standing Still- who, once again, is with the same, one, owner I sold her to. And guess what, zero (I repeat, never have) charges ever been brought against me for this 'Double Sale.' Do you know why? It didn't happen! (I have also spoke at length to Debi Metcalfe of Netposse last week to get this entire mess online erased as there is no double sale, which is why, I repeat, was never charged with any theft. Anise Silvernail - Corcoran AKA Anise Silvernail, Anise Corcoran, Annie Silvernail or Maryann Silvernail, Annie Klein, Anise Klein: Was married to a man in New York before poor Kyle (current "husband") got sucked into her lies. New York hubby asked for a divorce (stated that she is a "nutcase") she then filed a false police report saying she was "attacked, raped and robbed" ... hmmmm. Little Annie Silvernail went to jail and then changed her name. (Same thing I'm being accused of by her, isn't that funny?) There is no human being under any birth certificate in the world named Anise Silvernail - her brother also states her real name is Annie. She has violated numerous slander, cease-and-desist and protection orders and will be extradited to Oregon soon on criminal charges. Annie has been stalking and terrorizing my family and friends for almost 4 years (when we knew her for 5 months) with no reason other than she believes one of my horses "rightfully" belongs to her and is extraordinarily, sickly obsessed with him. But she never mentions the Morgan I got from her (whom, might I add, was sold to me and my daughter under completely false information.) I guess she's trying to cover that up too. She states that all her horses are rescues (Lies, and I have proof,) my daughter "lived part-time" with her (Is 3 weekends part-time?) And then tried to have me and my daughter sign over adoption papers and forms that allowed her unlimited access to my daughter's inheritance, child support and life insurance (oh, and my will.)

To top it off, Oakland County Jail in Pontiac Michigan, has Annie on video admitting she wrote a $4000 hot check for yet another horse she can't afford (...isn't that a felony??) And let me just ask, what exactly did I con you out of Anise? What have I ever done to you except refuse to sign over my daughters life, refuse to let you have my horse and didn't go half into 'Roo' (whom you claimed was the 'great show horse' from 2 pictures. Yeah, he's a dressage horse. Sorry.) But honestly, what have I ever done to you?? I left you alone, I dropped the issue, but you just won't quit. You erase everything my daughter puts online because you don't want anyone to hear the real truth. Rhea Turner - Rhea Craddock, Rhea Turner - Craddock: Formerly known as Gateway Equestrian and went bankrupt in a year (filed Bankruptcy with the Oregon State Government) and then got the bright idea to use the IRS and file 501(c3) status - and now brags about "living off the government." (Also known to treat her workers and students like "slaves" - all facts told to us by her "supporter" Anna Lowden directly) Where are all those scholarships and rescue horses Rhea? Ms Turner or Craddock or whatever her name is this week, also has not one but two D.U.I charges! (I'm sorry? Does that have nothing to do with horses? Well neither does mine, but we keep bringing that up, don't we?) The only reason you are in this situation is because you took me owing Patrick Collins of Triple Crown Farm as some personal vendetta. I do not know you with the exception of 2 phone conversations, have never been to your " training barn" yet you claim I stole from you? Really? What did I steal? Are you gonna bring up the TCF tack room which my daughter spent 3 hours cleaning and sorting through your rotting, molding and foul smelling equipment - throwing out expired, empty and rotting things all under the supervision and allowance of Augustine (with witnesses and boarders thanking us for cleaning it and getting rid of the 'smell.') Or the "blankets" I used on 2 horses when it was negative temperatures at night (used, did not steal) after a month of asking you and Carol to do something with them because they were starting to smell and get mice infested? (I called Carol after that incident, and she said it wasn't a big deal, it was fine.So why is it such a big deal to you Rhea?) And you went through my tack room, searched my stuff, took what you 'said' was yours, and that's okay? And that was before you stole my horse.

Trespassing, breaking and entering, felony theft of my daughters mare? Maybe get off that lie before you get in even more hot water. Nikki Benner - Honestly, a completely worthless, p.o.s, liar that tells false tales about this horse. Lied about her founder, her owners, her show record, her training - everything. Every word she stated to me as I went under lease contract with City was false. She did however make some very interesting text comments that my attorney appreciates. For someone that so vehemently claims to no longer own Kalarama's Hot City Girl- (and you don't) you are still in the thick of all the drama, aren't you? Katie/Katherine Isbell - Former owner of City, whom she considered a "pet" (do you only see your pets twice in four years? Is that a thing?) A 20-something year old woman who refused to take responsibility for the well-being of this horse and refused (and I cannot emphasize that enough) to ever speak with me about City. And then proceeded to try and reverse it around and say it was me, Kristine, who stopped communication. Signed a false, lawless "affidavit" stating our contract with Kalarama's Hot City Girl was terminated. (An affidavit which Lynn County Sheriff proceeded to state was "not enough to bypass the law" and "irrelevant to the taking of the horse") And then went back into her hole to hide behind her mother. Speaking of ... Diana Sniff - Isbell - Mother of Katie who apparently calls the shots on all her life decisions? This woman intercepted any contact I tried to have with Katie (the supposed owner of City.)

She refused to properly sign over Lease paperwork, refused to stay true to her word for the Lease, refused to communicate, refused to sign over official American Saddlebred Horse Association lease paperwork, refused to even let me see the radio-graphs of City's severely foundered feet (even going as far to say they were nonexistent until December of 2016) She then drug the sale contact on for 7 months. 7 months of absolutely nothing except for "I'm busy" and "My lawyer is looking over things." Then, somehow, a year later they all magically met and conspired to not only a class 3 felony horse theft but - according to Mare Stern Levine - illegally transported stolen property across state lines, making that a Federal Felony... (I mean, I guess I should congratulate you? That's worse than anything I ever did and it's horse related!) Mare Stern Levine/Jan Levine - Mare Stern Levine owes me 2 months of training for the Arabian mare Paris D'Argent that I let slide (as well as the slander I cleared up with her new owner, and the lien put on her) You have zero to say and yet I have pages of emails of you and Jan singing my praises as a trainer and owner ( rightfully so) and you stuck your very large self into this? Honestly, I feel sorry for Jan. Glenn Carr - Needs to get a life. Honestly. A retired old man with no hope and nothing to do except for valiantly defend his "trainer" like he's her knight in shining pleather. Pretty much a waste of everyone's time.

The fact is, you could have settled this in a mature, professional manner with communication and the consideration for the happiness and peace of mind for all parties involved (I say involved, which excluded Rhea Turner) but you are apparently too immature and disgusting pieces of waste to do so. You ask in the pictures posted "how could you let someone post a report on here without any proof." There is proof. The proof is the mare being gone. The proof is the police report. We have also filed a police report and criminal charges against all the above stated individuals for the crimes committed against myself, my daughter and my business, both minor and major.
